What should have been a fun enjoyable afternoon with my daughter was ruined by the lack of respect and common sense by my server. We ordered the play combo and I requested a flavored tea. My waitress took my order no problem. When I was paying I requested a to go refill. Knowing my daughter would be thirsty after playing. My waitress explained that she could not give me a refill as "the flavored teas weren't part of the meal"...there was some misunderstanding (my part) but she stated and I quote, "I DECIDED F@C# IT" I'd give you the flavor tea". When I questioned her she didn't acknowledge she said it at first. I repeated it and she said "yeah sorry". Since my 9yr old daughter was sitting there I kindly reminded her there was a child present and that language was not acceptable. I did bring this to the attention of a manager (so he said). He didn't seem overly concerned. Even after I pointed to all the FAMILIES there and asked him if this was a family type establishment. I'm sorry Dave & Busters...but our experience...first one at that was terrible. As a parent I certainly can't recommend you to any of my parent friends. Do better. 1st time here server Bob he a mexican guy he was so awesome and funny his humor had my laughing the whole time highly recommend the Cajun pasta omg yummm

Go to main event instead. Dave and busters cant split card charge purchases between cards costing you more and despite that has broken arcade games. Also doesn't have Lazer tag or bowling.

The food was awful. We didn't eat most of what we ordered. Everything was over cooked. The service was SO SLOW. Took us an hour and a half to order, eat and pay. This was before we even went to play games. Be careful at their front door also, the tiles are broken. We won't be back. This whole experience was terrible.

Very kind and accommodating. Just celebrated my son's 10th birthday here. I got the iconic birthday package and we were very pleased with the whole experience.

My grandson & went to eat & play games. We had a special presenter to us by our waitress. Thirty minutes of free play and appetizer lunch for $14.99. They never once told us that you can not collect tickets on the carpet. And there was a 32nd waiting period between each thing. My grandson did so, truly. We did not get 30 minutes. We got fifteen, and he was unable to exchange any tickets that he thought he was winning in the shop. I think when they are presenting this option. To include the 4 15 99 30 minute, unlimited gameplay and food that they need to specifically. Make sure you understand that you don't get tickets towards anything. I will never get that special ever again.My grandson was heartbroken.

It's a nice ' Base place' to go and get out, have a chicken salad or a glass of wine.
WE love to run over here to watch a game. Sitting on one's own sofa together is a joy when watching a game..yet it's fun to cheer with your community with the game...and have light foods.

Always under staffed. Over priced, service is slow. Ordered drinks and meal at the same time. Received our food, but had to wait an additional 10 minutes after receiving our food to get the 3 WATERS we ordered. Received food we didn't even order... chaos!!! Only reason we stayed was for the kids and games.

We had an issue with service and had to call for a manager twice and they were more than accommodating and comping us some free chips for our troubles. The food was good quality and the game selection is always top notch. It's our favorite family hangout.

The root beer doesn’t taste like root beer. It literally taste like some lemon/orange drink. And the kids cheeseburger was pathetic. The fries barely had taste too. I am severely disappointed with this food. Work better.

Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else. We waited 20 minutes after checking in and when asked when our table would be ready, it appeared they forgot about us and confidently sat us immediately after. Once we sat down, it was 25 minutes before we were even were able to order a drink. Over 3 hours later and we had food, but then our server was unable to figure out who had what and how to split a bill. I personally asked for a specific drink on 3 different occasions and it took asking 3 times before actually getting the drink. The service was so bad it was literally laughable at how awful it was. Don’t bother wasting your time and go literally anywhere else to eat and it will be better service than you receive here.
