We had a lot of fun and the food was great. Service was slow because the servers were spread so thin but she was very nice and got our order correct. And she brought refills before we asked! We had the fish and chips and cheeseburgers from the eat and play menu (The fries were amazing). We were there the evening of Father's Day but it wasn't very crowded. The Godzilla VR game they have is a blast but everything was fun. I was double charged on quite a few games so watch...

When I checked in at the front desk for my reservation. I was told there was no reservations it was open seating. Even when I said it was a group of 15 and I would need a large table, I was not helped. I was told to get one of the servers to help push some tables together. Then I was ignored. I had to find my server three times to place drink orders or other request. They never came and checked in other than at the beginning. 20% tips was automatically added because of our large...

My grandson & went to eat & play games. We had a special presenter to us by our waitress. Thirty minutes of free play and appetizer lunch for $14.99. They never once told us that you can not collect tickets on the carpet. And there was a 32nd waiting period between each thing. My grandson did so, truly. We did not get 30 minutes. We got fifteen, and he was unable to exchange any tickets that he thought he was winning in the shop. I think when they are presenting this option....
