Really liked the pop up collaboration (great menu of food and drinks) but our server was incredible slow, forgot my drink, water, napkins, and dipping sauce for fries on multiple occasions! But the atmosphere is great, I would try again on a regular night.
Went to the pop up nightmare before Christmas. Great atmosphere. It was all around fun time. The pumpkin king drink the bomb ?
The food pictures looked fancy and delicious, but they also had an extensive kids menu so we decided it was worth a try with our wild 2 and 4 year old. I got the blackened catfish with was delicious. I wanted to lick my plate. My husband got the chicken piccatta. The chicken was moist and crispy. He ate every bite. My 4 yo got the sausage pizza. It was the fanciest sausage pizza he has ever eaten. The sauce was so yummy. He ate half and then ate the sausage off the rest. My youngest got the meatball sub. I was a bit nervous. It was big. We cut it up and he gobbled it up. It had the same yummy sauce. Our friends had the meatball sub and meatloaf and thought they were superb. Our server was on it. She was so kind to us even with our crazy boys, she refilled cups better than any place I've eaten in a long time. She seriously was the best waitress I've come across and she was the only one. She had several tables to take care of and was running her tail off. The price of food and the care we received was worth far more than we paid. This is a locally owned restaurant and I hope they do well!!!
Service and atmosphere were great! Perfect hidden little gem! The food was amazing and so beautiful. Could not have asked for a better experience! So excited to have such an high end food experience without having to go down town. It will definitely be one of our favorite place!
I hate to give this place such as bad review as the waitress was really nice, and I realize they were short staffed (only one waitress who served all the tables and worked the bar as well), but Food was horrible! Wings were so dry, tough and overcooked. Hardly any meat on them. My husband ordered the salmon and it came out RAW!! Just looking at the Salmon one could tell it wasn't cooked as the color was off! Soup of the day was tasteless.
I patronize this restaurant pretty regularly, one could say I'm a regular. Tonight I went in and menu had changed slightly...they now had ribs, specifically ribs with polenta and a tomato chutney. I decided to give that a whirl and good golly was I in for a treat. The ribs were so tender the meat literally slid off the bones when I picked them up. The polenta was creamy, and the tomato chutney added that hit of acidity and umami that tied the whole plate together. I've had just about everything on the menu and what I experienced tonight was fantastic. Then there was the desert, the deserts made here are are phenomenal, I had strawberry short cake and it was absolutely heavely. If you haven't tried this place you absolutely need to. I have thoroughly enjoyed every dish I've ever ordered, while the salmon is my personal favorite, you need to try the ribs before they are gone!
I ordered spaghetti and meat balls some of the meat balls were raw didn’t notice till I had already eaten 2 of them most of the food had a great flavor profile but to sit on toilet all morning sucks will never go back and if I have salmonella there will be problems not just for me either do not recommend
Great food! Blackened catfish, salmon, mashed potato croquettes, and cocktails were so good.
Both the meatloaf and the salmon were excellent as were the sides of salad, mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. All had unique flavors that are not often found in mid price restaurants these days. For desserts we were also impressed with the Lemon Torte and Chocolate/Coconut! The service was also great and meeting and chatting with an owner/chef added to the experience. We would highly recommend this “hidden gem” conveniently located near the junction of I-35 and I-635!
I would eat here again for sure. The restaurant is welcoming, clean and has great service with fair prices. The food was excellent. I ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer and the pork chop dinner with a salad. The bourbon sauce on the pork is yummy. The blue cheese dressing was amazing. One of the best I've had.

Service was great, and waitress was super friendly and attentive. We had a large group and food came out promptly considering how many people were there, and was delicious. Recommend the mashed potato balls and 1$ wings.
You absolutely HAVE to try their meatloaf! It's their special on Thursday - and oh boy! - it is special! Someone must be practicing culinary witchcraft back in the kitchen, because the carrots that come with the meatloaf are MAGICAL.
Had a nice experience. Had the $12 Saturday special, pork chop meal. Pork chop, salad and mashed potatoes. Good deal for a great price. Only complaint is that about 1/4 of thr pork chop was fat. I prefer a more lean chop. But I guess for $12 this was a good deal. Pork chop had good flavor. Service was nice, Atmosphere was nice and cool music was played.Hope you enjoy!
We really enjoyed dinner here. Each course was delicious. There was some kind of delay with dessert, but when it arrived it was great. The bread pudding was excellent. We’ll be back.
They have a happy hour that can not be beat! I went in for a couple of drinks and I was blown away how cheap my drinks were. Very nice people work there. Looking forward to going back and trying some apps or perhaps a steak.
