Burnt my pizza. Staff was rude. I complained they hung up on me once but 4 times trying to get my money back. This location is absolutely the worst. Whomever owns this store needs to revamp his help there killing your business.

01/16/2024 I placed an online order and I a phone Call from Nick, he told me that he didn’t have any Delivery Drivers. So I decided to just drive and picked it up. While I was waiting, Nick was so Kind and sweet, we chatted and we talked about my school. if I wasn’t broke, I would’ve gave him a Tip! His amazing! I will be coming back because of You Nick!-Rose

Lately when I've been ordering from this exact location my hand tossed pizza is super crunchy which last time I checked hand tossed dough isn't supposed to be crunchy at all. I'd rather order from the Gladstone location where they actually know how to actually work with hand tossed crusts and they don't use nasty crunchy hand tossed dough. In my opinion if the hand tossed dough looks bad or is crunchy it's time for a fresh batch. This location at 9324 North Oak Trafficway needs to do better until then I won't be coming to this location

I was at that Domino's store #6373 located at 9324 N. Oak Trafficway Kansas City MO 64155 I ordered online and chosen the curbside pickup at the moment of pickup I have received a call from an employee it was a guy that said they no longer do the curbside pickup. I told him I was surprised because that option is still available online, so I asked him you as an employee you decided not to do the curbside pickup anymore or that decision comes from the Corporate Office. He said District Manager and Corporate Office are aware about that change all is left is to take off that option off the website and told me to come inside then get my food. So now what you don't know some customers choose the curbside pickup either because we have babies, young child in the and can't let them alone, it can be for X reasons sickness, handicap. Basically whenever you get to the store and they don't feel like bringing your food to the car they said the curbside pickup is suspended and it needs to be brought to Corporate Office and District Manager's attention.

Last night I ordered from the pizza app at 6:30. I set it out for delivery, and I never received my pizza. Mind you it wasn’t a large order. I called twice to see if the delivery driver was okay or if something happened. The lady on the phone kept saying “Okay she’s 10 mins away.” It was 7:50 and I still never received my pizza. I called the restaurant back and said “Cancel the order please and I would a full refund.” I hope the owner or manager takes care of this issue.

This time complete disappointment!Usually it is amazing! The past portions were half of the usual size. There it is not even a bite ate from these. The cheese breads were smaller as well.

Dominoes did not disappoint today! Charles the Associate who was working alone was phenomenal. He showed exemplary Custer service skills at the Dominoes on NW Prairie Road. My food was Delicious!!! Thank you for showing up to work and handling the pressure. You deserve a raise or advancement!!

Never delivered my food. Never answered phone. Can't even try to get my money back because the order is still "in process" 2 hours later. Robbed me of over $50.

Order food at 930 said it was delivered but never received it. Called the phone sat on hold for 30 minutes no answer went to the store it is locked and no one is there. Called the main number and got told there is nothing that can be done.

I ordered 9 large pizzas at the last minute for my daughter’s birthday party and was sure I wouldn’t be able to get them in time. Not only was everything done on time but I was given an extra pizza for free because they said one was a little burnt. All of this was accomplished by one employee that was running the entire store by herself while giving excellent customer service. I think her name was Melissa, she was super friendly and helpful even though she was obviously in a stressful situation. She deserves a raise!

Placed order at 615 - received confirmation email within 5 minutes! Then at 705 received an email that my order was canceled. I didn't see the email until 715 when I was checking status. With 2 young kids looking forward to pizza, this created a tough evening. Pizza hut next time.

This store waited almost 40 minutes before the decided to inform via the dominos app that our order was canceled. It says on the cancelation text and email to call the store with questions, which we did and my call was never answered after being on hold for 24 minutes and 26 seconds we hung up.
