Domino's Pizza

Ordered through Uber and it still got screwed up. Waited an hour AFTER expected delivery time and called. No one picked up. Called again and was told the pizza had just been put in the oven so I cancelled. So, waited two hours from ordering just to cancel because it would be faster to put an all new order in somewhere else. This place is a joke

Ordered online, was ready in 15 minutes, drove up paid and left within 5 minutes. Food was hot and decent (its dominos, thats the best rating i can give). People were nice and quick. Idk why theres so many low reviews

Very good food. Never fails to taste great. The service is good as well. Always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are a pizza lover!!

Horrible all the way around . Horrible pizza , horrible customer service , horrible delivery drivers . Do your self a favor and order from some where else.... look at this old crusty lookin cheese bread , looks like it traveled threw the sewer to get here

Will not come back to location. Order tracker said pizza was ready went for pick up and order had not even been started. Location is not clean someone’s shoes were by the only clean table with chairs. Worker did not wash hands after using computer and touching receipts before making pizzas. Worker seemed to be the only staff behind the counter seemed like management was having an interview. Definitely need more staff and to keep the location clean and have staff follow proper sanitation procedures.

I visited with a friend. Ordered online carryout deal. Short walk there, meal ready within a few minutes. We sat and ate inside. Pizza and company were great. The inside was clean. Outside, too. The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed myself

I stopped ordering a long time ago. 100% of my orders were wrong or never delivered but still charged.I literally stand on the front stoop of my building to make sure they can get in or don't miss me yet pizza still does not show up and when it is delivered it is someone else's order. Yep its been wrong 100% of the time the whole 10-15 years i lived downtown. Not to mention they avoided my cals. Yep i det on hold for an hour and a half. Also lets talk about the time when my credit card was stolen from the website and someone ordered $60 in pizza 1300 miles away from me in rhode island and i never got refunded

This place is ran horribly and has wasted my time on two occasions. I have ordered twice in the past month and BOTH times they have cancelled my delivery order (I'm less than a mile away) more than 30 minutes after ordering. The first time I was the one to call over an hour after it was ordered just for them to tell me they never planned on delivering it. Will never order Dominos again after being a loyal customer in STL and Springfield for 10 years.

We ordered a pizza for delivery to our hotel. It took 20 minutes for the manager to finally call to tell us that he didn’t have any delivery drivers, but could change our order to carry out for us to pickup. We ordered delivery because we don’t have a car here. Needless to say we canceled the order. Terrible location.
