I got food on 2/22/25 the chicken was not that bad nor the soda. But the brownies were very burnt and the pasta too. I called and was on hold 20 minutes and the phone hung up. To top it all off I was on my lunch brake. And I did do a complaint. But this is 4 day's later and nothing. I even still have the 2 items in ice box if they want them. I just want a refund. O almost forgot they didn't leave my 2 dipping sauce.

My delivery was marked as completed, but the driver was never anywhere near my building. I checked outside and tracked the order, but it was never delivered. I called the store multiple times, but every call was ignored. After getting no response, I attempted to contact the owner and ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank due to the lack of communication.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I just ordered for the first time tonight, the food was cold, I got halfway through my tator tots and there hair on the bottom of my food! I’ve called 3 times now on the 4th call and they won’t answer the phone. I most definitely will not be ordering from here again, I want a refund! Can’t do that when they don’t answer the phone. They can’t be that busy to not answer the phone after calling 4 times in a row. I call I’ll be calling corporate.

You will never receive your food, and if you do, it’s several hours late. Either no one picks up the phone or someone does pick up only to hang up immediately. Dominos Corporate is completely useless, too, so you won’t get your money back. Avoid at all costs.

Screwed up my order and couldn’t give a partial refund for the incorrect pizza, nor send out the correct pizza for me. Pretty much gave me no solution and said I need to wait until the GM is in tomorrow morning.

I can see why this store has a 2 star rating! Ordered 2 pizza's today at 8:00PM online. Called the store sooo many times and no one answered. I waited TWO hours only for my order to be canceled and my money taken. I will be disputing and I WON'T be ordering from here again. They didn't even bother to call to let me know that they won't be coming. Crappy service!!!

Ordered pizza from this dominos to watch an NFL playoff game at the house I was staying at with an estimated 30 minute delivery time. My tracker hadn’t updated from preparing my order an hour later. Much like every other review there was no answer when calling the store for updates. Conveniently enough, as soon as the NFL playoff game was over, 3 hours later, my order was put in the oven and the store was picking up their phone.

Twice in about 3 weeks I’ve ordered once through the dominos app and once through uber eats, both times I got a call that they didn’t have a delivery driver. Seriously, No driver and your on uber eats? Turn that crap off then. No idea how the food is I never got it.
