We had a credit at that Dominoes. because we made a complaint about our order. Pizza was burnt. Salad was brown,wilted. Caramel brownie was burnt as well. We called back to correct it. They said they would give us a credit. We made our credit order today 02/22/2025 at around 3:30pm. We waited about 4 hours for our order. We called back. They said it was delivered. We never got it. We called back. And they said our credit order was already redeemed. But we never got our order. Manager was being very rude. Thank u

Twice I’ve ordered on the app and I never receive my orders! The app will not let you file a complaint until your order leaves the store. Helpful when it never leaves the store. The app says call the store! They never answer. One call I waited over 8 minutes and no one ever answered. I’m going back to Pizza Hut, may not be as good, but at least I get my order.
Update after posting I got a text saying it was on the way. A 30-35 minute order took a hour and 45 min. Nothing like having to microwave a freshly delivered pizza!

Everything i order delivery i never get food for hours. Most times they can't find my house. This time he didn't take my order and drove here and didn't have it. He went back and after 50 minutes I called and canceled. A couple minutes later, he showed up. The pizza was cold and burnt. Paremasan bites cold. I am done with them.

I know this place has a few terrible reviews, and I’ve had my issues before, but I just want to say that the last 2 pizzas I’ve ordered from this location have been perfect. Legitimately perfect in every way. I always ask for double pepperoni and double cheese, and this store has delivered twice now on that. I feel like Dominos has a tendency to slightly under cook their dough, so I got well done NY style, and let me tell you, that crust is BEAUTIFUL. It sounds like they’re having delivery issues, but I don’t mind picking up my own pizza so that isn’t effecting me. The $9.99 any pizza deal is a steal. Thanks for the great pizza, this location is on a roll in my eyes!

ORDERED 45MIN AGO TRIED TO CALL SO I COULD TELL THEM I WOULD BE LATE AND IT ANSWERED AND THAT MY ORDER WAS DONE AND PICKED UP...NOT BY ME AND NOW I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS AND IT'S JUST A LOOP VERY DISTURBING I DROVE UP THERE WITH PHONE IN HAND TO WITH STILL BEING ON HOLD INTO THE STORE TO SHOW THEM I WAS ON AND COME TO FIND OUT THEIR PHONE WAS UNPLUGED...NICE WILL NEVER GO THERE

Picking up my order, was the worsth experience for me ever.Orders was messed up, people leaving with the wrong orders and tomuch food, touching peoples orders with their none washed hands, dropping orders putting them back in the box without re-making a new order.

Placed order the evening before Buffalo vs KC to give the store ample time to prepare. This Dominos cancelled my order two times before delivering, their entire staff walked out. I appreciate the delivery (even though part of my order was missing), but the franchisee should be paying the employees much more on a high-demand day like this. That person is probably the only one to blame for the walk-outs. Will not order from again, but I would think that the employees deserve better.

Ordered 2 hours ago still no pizza. It hasn't changed on the tracker at all just sitting at preparing for 2 hours so far. We have tried to call the store and no one answers. This store should be closed down always receiving crap service.
Edit: got our pizza 2.5 hours later. Two pizzas were wrong and not even cut and everything was cold. Dessert was under baked and just tossed into a box. Never again!!
