Order #452 was delivered promptly and the delivery person was friendly. The order was close ordered 2 pepperoni and 2 2 liters of coke. Got 1 cheese, 1 sausage and 1 2 liter of coke. But the Parmesan bites were correct.They did offer to remake it or give a refund. I told them to just adjust to total. We’ll see if that happens

This is the nastiest most ghetto dominos in north Kansas City it is unreal, so unfortunate because this is the closest one there is to my house, so if I want pizza I have to drive to the one in Gladstone or get Pizza Hut. I’ve had so many issues with this store it is unreal I can’t believe there’s dominos in third world countries cleaner than this one in particular. The last time I ordered food here some guy in a tank top and sandals gave me my food, didn’t even have a uniform on. That is so disgusting! How do I know he didn’t reach over my pizza and a hair from his pits landed in there and then my pizza was all burnt! He looked like he just got out of prison. I bet little Caesar’s or pizza street has higher expectations from their workers than this

My order was delivered to the wrong address, once I realized it and called the store a woman who claimed to be the store GM expressed that she can’t do anything about it even after I explained I order through my app and clicked the same address delivery that my saved order is always delivered too she said due to “safety reasons” she can’t refund me or even correct the issue. I explained to her I could regive my card number, show her my online recipe, or even my bank statement showing that I indeed had an order of almost $50. She declined, didn’t care and suggested I call back in the morning even though she knows they’ll tell me the same thing. She claimed there was no one I could talk to higher than her and that it was a “loss” and hopes I have better luck next time. I’ve never experienced service this poor in a lifetime.

I order from different Domino's Kansas and Missouri. The price is good pizza good, but not this time. Pizza was burnt. Very burnt. There's no way they didn't see it when they cut. Ok I got it on my way home after 13 hour workday. Got home 30 min away opened my pizza. I said oh well chuck in trash. Hard and burnt. I wasn't mad till I called the store. Didn't apologize. Said I could drive back get it remade. No I just worked 13 hour on my feet. I wanna take shower go to bed. She then said it was because I ordered thin crust. I said No I order thin crust for years at Domino's in Overland Park. She then well get your pizza there and hung up me. I tried calling back they would not answer. I made complaint on Bot texting system. I was told they investigate and email me back no response. This store needs looking into!

I paid $20 for a medium pan pizza delivery and received a pizza so late I had to microwave it on delivery. Gregory needs to spend less time talking on his phone and WAY more time looking at it for directions, because I watched him on Pizza Tracker and he seemed like he was stopping to ask directions for thirty minutes within 1 mile of my address. This sucks.

The hours listed are wrong. They won't deliver until 12 AM. Places an order for 2 pizzas around 10:30 and it got cancelled. This isn't the only dominos in the area that does this either.

Last time I ordered take out from this restaurant, they delivered, late, and missing some of my order, and the pizza was also not what I ordered. When I called to complain they hung up on me. I contacted their online corporate offices, and NEVER got a response!! I WILL NEVER order Domino's again. I hope Everyone boycots the company and put them outta business!! "Fred emergency pizza" that's their new TV ad. They can't even respond and resolve Issues they already have. I doubt they will do any better delivering your Free emergency pizza either!! If they do manager to get it to you, it's probably someone else's order.

I don't care want anyone says Eliza is the best!!! My husband was robbed and debit cards stolen, the idiots ordered pizza from here and had it delivered to their address and Eliza was able to give me all their info and the police were able to go to where they were and get all his stuff back!!! Thank you Eliza you're the best!!!!
