In a region of limited access to tacos, this truck has been providing a public service. The tacos are respectable. I would get the quesabirria much more if the disapproving face of my doctor didn't appear in my mind every time I eat them. But for us, the highlight is the al pastor burritos. They make a great pregame meal, and by that I mean we have eaten so many of these in the parking lot before KC Current matches. The tortas are also fun on occasion, but the burritos seem to be the best match of flavor and value. Staff is nice and they run an efficient shop, about as frictionless as you can hope for. My only complaint? I keep forgetting they're not open on Mondays and routinely disappoint myself. But even in the depths of despair I know that hope rises in the new day.
