The food is very good
I stopped in for some soulful cooked food, and this restaurant definitely delivered! The wait/bar staff was very nice and helpful when I was deciding on what to order. I had the special of the day, the fried fish was cooked to perfection, the shrimp etoufee was amazing, and the collard greens were made with care 😋, meaty, and all! I would absolutely recommend giving this place a try.

We had a birthday dinner for my husband's 77th birthday. The food, service, atmosphere was great. We have been back several times since the birthday dinner. EXCELLENT!!!!

Visiting from Houston and wanted to try some soul food and this place did not disappoint 🙌🏽 The waitress was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. We started with the greens wraps and loaded fries. From there, I knew my entree was going to be good. The food came out pretty quickly, fresh and delicious. This is a must try. Oh and my green tea cocktail had me just right 😆

Every bite of food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly seasoned—it was a joy to eat! I can't wait to come back and enjoy another wonderful meal here.
And the absolute best part? No greasy heartburn symptoms afterward! What a treat!

This is the place!!!! The food was unbelievably well done. Perfect seasoning and full of flavor. Loved the collard greens, mac and cheese, yams, shrimp po boy and loaded fries. I feel the need to try everything on the menu.
Excellent food, excellent service definitely worth the stop.
