It took 25 mins for a drink and a sandwich I was late for work
A mobile coffee order (1 hot coffee with cream and suger) took over 15 minutes. There are other better and faster coffee places in the area. I like DD but avoid this location.

I ordered 50 munchkins of only blueberry glazed and powdered. They gave me 49 blueberry glazed and 1 powdered. Why would i order only 2 flavors and not expect 25 and 25.

Drive thru took over 30 minutes to get through six cars.
Wait in drive thru was 20 minutes before I even ordered. Then sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for a plain coffee. Will not be back.

I come here all the time. I love Dunkin. But today was absolutely disappointing. Food and drinks were great, but there was only 1 poor girl behind the counter running her butt off while 4 other employees sat in a booth at the front to have a "meeting". Someone from the drive thru came inside because she'd been waiting so long without being helped and was also appalled to see only one person behind the counter. I understand meetings are important. But when there are 5 total employees in the store and only 1 drowning in orders, management should see that as a sign to pause the meeting to go help. When I told the other employees they needed to finish up and help her, I was met with sarcasm and hostility. Totally unfair and unprofessional. Corporate was contacted and assured me there would be a solution, but they should have been happy to get up and help on their own and not giggling around a table for a "meeting" while one person was left out and struggling.
To be clear, that one employee was friendly and amazing and I wish her nothing but the best.

Consistently burning the food and also not getting orders correct. I stopped going to dunkin a few years ago but have gone twice this month to give it another chance and both times orders were wrong. Also got charged $16 for 2 $6 meal deals because they rang everything up individually and also didn’t even ring up the second hash browns (which probably would have made the $12 original price go to $18 or 20). So got 2 meal deals for $4 more and didn’t even get the second hash browns.

This location has a high rate of turnover with employees. That is how I try to justify how rude most of the staff has been over the years. Unfortunately it's the only option anywhere near me. I do love Duncan doughnuts and will still continue dealing with rude employees unless a new location opens near me
Parking: Very hard to get in and out of this location. Unfortunately Nothing can be done to help this. I don't hold that against this store. Just something to consider if you drive a large vehicle

They ran out of hash browns, but they have you order on the touchscreen, which let me order them anyway. After I'd already paid, they said, "we don't have any hashbrowns, we can substitute a donut." I asked for a refund. They said "there's no manager here, so we can't provide a refund." I didn't want a donut. I wanted hash browns or my money back. Don't use the touchscreens, you might end up with random substitutions for things you don't want.

It was a first and last visit for us. Customer service was awful. Visited with kids for a donut and we got the coffee drinks way before the donuts. (credit to drink makers and the rest show no pride for their work)

Wait time in drive thru - over 35 minutes.. it’s not as though you can back out, there’s no where to go…
Wait time inside about the same time - watched one employee wondering aimlessly and moving tickets around, only to further confuse orders and leave people with incomplete orders.or just stares at the guests and says nothing to them.
Watching the other employee who puts together the sandwiches had no method to his madness, building one sandwich at a time, one piece at a time while ticket orders kept spitting out.
They need a new system, this is ridiculous.

This place is a joke. They sell Boston creme donlughnuts that are empty...
Very bad service, you order something and they serve you what they want and you have to be on top of them so that they give you what you ordered
And the drinks are 80% Ice
