I dont mean to give minimum rating but the coffee is too sweet. Feel like I am drinking thick sticky milk. This may be normal. But I would not recommend that sugary drink. Otherwise everything was good.

Tried Dutch Bros Coffee and was impressed with how many drink options they have. One thing I really liked was the protein hot drinks with 20 grams of protein, great if you want something filling while still getting your coffee fix. Service was super fast, and they had lots of staff working, so the line moved quickly. Friendly atmosphere and a great stop for a quick drink on the go.

I don’t like leaving reviews. I don’t have time but I got time today! Every single time I have gone to this location (I live 5 min away), they have gotten my coffee wrong. I keep giving them chances and this is the last time I’m coming here. I thought “Maybe I’m not ordering right. It’s me!! Let me order through the app exactly what I want and they should get it right.” I ordered two iced Golden Eagles, extra sweet, cold foam. I got two different drinks. Your “professional” staff members couldn’t use their eyeballs, let alone their brains to know they looked and were different. Then I go back and the workers are looking confused as to why I came back when my order isn’t right. Did they fix the problem? NO! And they don’t make it easy to provide feedback or to get in touch with corporate to address the issue. You charge so much money for coffee/ food and Im willing to go there to spend my hard earned money for you all to get my order wrong. Fix it! Customers are the reason you are open and get paychecks. You need to act like we matter!

Please, for the love of god, implement a system for the walk-up window. There is absolutely no reason 20 people should be randomly congregating around the pick-up window, when 5 or 6 are mobile orders that could just grab their drinks and leave, but they can’t because there is a single window and no way to differentiate the crowd from walk-up orders and mobile order pick-ups. Literally a sign just saying “mobile orders to the left, walk up orders to the right” would be a game changer, as then mobile orders could just grab their drinks and leave, rather than contributing to the crowd of people trying to place orders, where everyone is standing around randomly. I will literally fund the purchase of a sign by the window to direct people. ANY system at this point would be better than no system.

This was only my second time going to a Dutch Bros coffee, and it was a wonderful experience. Since I wasn’t too familiar with the drink menu, I asked whoever was taking my order for some ideas was super helpful and had a great recommendations. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Kind of disappointed today Friday march 27th! I came now in the morning around 9:30 and the gentleman in the drive thru is just not personable at all!I pulled up he asked if I had a mobile order I say yes he goes and gets my drink hands it to me and then grab my sliders and just hands them and says here, proceeds to turn around and just has a conversation with the young lady behind him working. No one is obligated to do anything but if you’re going to be on the window you should at least be a pleasure to encounter! I come here at least 3x a week sometimes more! It’s always friendly it’s always amazing service but that just rubbed me wrong. He could’ve said thank you or have a good day or anything but he said here like he was rushing me just to turn around and talk lol I always engage I always tip and show appreciation I’d appreciate to be treated like a person too 🙃

Staff at Legends location is always exceptional! Always so positive, friendly, literally can turn someone’s day around just by how upbeat they are! I always love the vibe of the staff and always have a great experience at this location! Major kudos to all the staff and management as they are obviously creating such a great work environment for staff to always be on point! 👏🏼

Went through the drivethrough around 8:30am everyone had a smile and wonderful service personalities. Especially loved the young server that handed us our drinks. (Which were delicious) His bubbliness was refreshing so early in the morning.
