Everyone who works there is the nicest person I've ever met in a drive-thru. Seriously they make me and my passenger feel like they actually care and honestly they make me care back. Also, the coffee is a million times better than Starbucks ever thought about being for less money. And the fact that their hot coffee standard is breve tells me that this is my forever coffee drive-thru. Also, the coffee drinks I've tried have all been NOT syrupy sweet. I'm tasting coffee first without having to get extra shots or order half-sweet.

With such a vast menu, having employees standing outside to take your order isn’t exactly ideal. This was our first visit since we don’t have one in our town & it was challenging to order without being at the menu board. The employee offered us a small paper leaflet but it was very limited selections of “favorites” & I wanted to see all my choices. Not her fault but the chain/management’s.

Never fails that it takes 20+ minutes for some drinks. I truly don’t understand how it takes so long when all they serve is drinks and like 2 food items. There have been times we’ve waited 40 minutes which is INSANE. Half the time they wait until you get up to the window to order and I understand it’s part of their job to chat but I would much rather them help make drinks than talk to me if they’re busy. I have been to 3 other locations including Olathe, Shawnee, and one up North. ALL were fast service. It is literally just this location that we have issues with. We started driving to the other locations because it’s literally faster to go out of our way.

I asked for grape they said that they had it but when I looked at menu it wasn’t there this drink does not taste like grape I waited for 18min just to get a bad drink I even tipped!!!!

Disappointed Twice – Not What We Expect from Dutch Bros

Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated with our recent visit to Dutch Bros. We came in around 7pm on a Thursday, and right from the start, it felt like we were an inconvenience for ordering. The staff seemed like they couldn’t wait to rush us through – no one even asked for my rewards number, no receipt was given, and they passed the drinks so quickly that my husband ended up with some spilled on his hand.

This isn’t the first time either. The last time we came here, it took over 10 minutes for our drinks, and we had to walk up to the window to get them ourselves.

At this point, we’re done with this location. We’ll make the extra drive to the Dutch Bros on Shawnee Mission Parkway from now on. They actually treat us like customers, with a positive attitude and a friendly vibe that makes it worth the trip—even if it’s nowhere near us. Dutch Bros, we expect better.

Coffee was cold, had to go back and ask for another one, but it was still just warm. Also, the food inspector was paying them a visit as well, so will definitely not go back again!!

Workers are friendly and nice, just unfortunately you tell them the size of a drink you want and they don’t comprehend it and order the wrong size, sometimes they mess there rebel drink orders up (don’t worry they are all good) they can pick :) the wait times are also pretty bad, atleast for the drive thru I would count every car atleast 6 min wait. But if the size and drink is correct it’s good day
