Very good food I recommend it
My partner and I arrived and all the waitresses were sitting and just looking at us as if we were interrupting them. Well, a lady told us to sit down and very kindly served us.
We ordered two cakes with 7 tacos and a side of rice and two cokes. The lady never brought the rice. If they were busy, no problem, but they were all sitting around gossiping.
Then he wanted to charge us for the rice. And they overcharged us. We tried to tell them they made excuses and still ask for a tip. We won't go again. I was a waitress for many years and being involved in gossip instead of serving customers, especially when it's just one table and the rest of the restaurant empty is not good.
I don't recommend here.
I came here with my partner and we walked in the servers were all sitting in the middle of the dinning room all chatting and looking at us like we interrupted.
A nice lady guided us to our table and we ordered two cakes some rice and 5 tacos to go. Point of it is we got no rice and the whole time servers were just sitting and chatting. When it came pay time they overcharged us and when we tried to tell them they just said they weren't wrong and still asked for a tip.
I was a server for many years and I understand down time but sitting there chatting and messing up the only other table that was there is ridiculous.
I do not recommend.

The food was good, but I think it was overpriced for carne asada and a bottle of Coke It was almost $23. There's only one piece of steak.

I got a torta and asked for no beans, sin frijoles, due to an allergy. They put beans on it. Giving it two stars because the first few bites before going into anaphylaxis were good. Not worth not being able to breathe though.

The chips and salsa were great. The menu had variety; the service was not very helpful (as if they expected that we knew what we wanted) the tacos were ok. The meat needed a little more season and a bit of a crunch. Also the place needs to take more action to clear the flies.

Fantastic experience, best tacos al pastor in the city at this location or the other one. Doesn't matter. El Camino Real slaps
Vegetarian options: You can eat vegetarian at most Mexican places, but this place has a few extra filling options apart from just beans

What a great spot for authentic Mexican food. They start you with chips & salsa, but include cups of fresh onion, lime, and cilantro. Really good flavors in the salsa. Ordered the Alambre entree. This a great dish that combines pastor, carne asada, chopped ham, chorizo, cheese, onions, green peppers, avocado, tomatoes, and a side of both beans & rice. It also comes with choice of tortillas. Went with corn tortillas and they were perfect. The entire dish is bursting with flavor! The service was great. Everyone was so friendly. I love this place!
