Very bad service, they don't open according to their schedule. Today, Thursday, December 5, we were waiting with my family for them to open. The hours say they open at 10 am, but they never opened. I called to make sure of their hours and they didn't answer. I called a second time and they left the phone hanging because The call did not go out.
If you don't want to open early, change the hours.

Very bad experience, terrible service from the cashier and waitresses, since they changed staff, very pedantic and on top of that, mocking. Lastima was one of my favorite places to eat. At no time did I disrespect them, much less shout at them, on the contrary, the lady who answered me on the phone left me on hold and didn't even try to silence the call, and I heard how she mocked her colleagues loudly and the pupusas laughed loudly. that I was complaining and for that reason I asked to cancel the order, she flatly refused, the only thing I told her was that that was not the way to serve a customer and making fun of it in that way and better I cut off my call. Never in my life had I had a bad experience and a bad response from any restaurant, much less agreeing with new employees over old customers, Deveras. Unfortunately they do not find out and investigate well how things apparently happened. My respects to the boy who served us before.

The place is nice and so is the food, but apparently on Friday afternoons they have a terrible waitress who wears glasses, almost always on weekends. 👎👎

The fried chicken was green, half disgusting to eat it, you should be more careful, I went shopping today and I didn't like the pupusas, they are 100 but the chicken with slices is no good.

I would like to order but I don't speak your language. Are we not in America, English please. Or this restaurant only for none English speaking people. This is not fair

Loved it! Delicious and healthy breakfast. We get the canoas, the desayuno tipico, and they were perfect. Happy place very warm and steamy and cozy on a Cold spring morning.

Food was so good and the service was friendly, if you haven't tried salvadorean food before this is a good place to start. We went for breakfast, the pupusas and salvadorean breakfast plate with eggs was delicious. Less than $20 for 2 people. The inside was kind of grungy and lacking in ambience, this is more of a working class/ construction worker place, which means the food is good, but don't expect white table cloths. Definitely check it out!
