It was pouring rain the day that I visited. It was clear that I was walking, because I was soaked and carrying bags from the shopping I had done before stopping in. I asked for a bag with handles. The guy behind the counter asked me "why" instead of just giving me the bag. (Well because carrying a brown paper sack and my other bags in the rain isn't fun, that's why). That's the reason that the service only gets 3 stars. The sandwich was good though.

I came in for a super quick bite to eat. I work medical transport so I asked initially how long it would take. They reassured me at the register that it wouldn’t take Long at all by the time that I had a sample of each of their hot sauces they had my order ready. I was super excited to be able to get to sit and eat and they did not disappoint. I got a anju French dip and it was on par with some of the nicer restaurants I’ve tried the item at thank you to the team and thank you firehouse subs for giving a medical transport guy a heck of a dinner🙌🏻🙌🏻 10/10 would come again

Ordered 2 NY steamers. One was excellent the other was so fatty and soggy it was disgusting. How 2 identical sandwich can be so different in quality is beyond me. More than half of the meat on the one sandwich was pure gelatinous fat. Unacceptable. This is the second time I've been disappointed by this location. Every other fire house I've been to has been great. This spot ain't it.
