Usually good, sometimes some long wait times, but when you take someone's order change your gloves between that and making the food. Otherwise the gloves become obsolete.

30 minute wait for food. Paid for adding a topping to one sandwich and an extra aujus for a French dip. There was no extra topping, and there was barely one container of aujus.

I was highly surprised at my experience, I hear such great things about Firehouse Subs, so I was shocked at the customer service we received at the gladstone location. Not only was I short changed (don't even care at this point) ethan, the guy behind the counter, was way too out of it to even realize it. He also ignored my friend who had to order as well and we had to call him back over several times before he registered what we were needing. He just stood there staring off into the distance. He could barely speak, he seemed under the influence of some heavy sedatives. I'm all for everyone being able to do and smoke what they want on their free time, but come on..not at your place of work. At least the sandwich was still on point!

They make a good sub but i can't believe how long they take. You would honestly be served quicker at a sit down restaurant. I appreciate attention to quality, but there's just no way it takes that long to whip up sandwiches. I guess call ahead if you're going to eat here

I got soggy cheesy meat that barely stayed in between a barely toasted bread. Oh and I didn’t even get my pickle. Never coming here again.

Went for Sunday lunch and ordered two sandwiches and salad. When we arrived at home, the two sandwiches had no meat and the salad was supposed to be no cheese due to a lactose allergy. I called and the woman on the phone Jayden, acted like we were putting her out to complain about the food. They offered to remake the food and no other discount. I find this service deplorable. We paid over $30 for 3 people. I will be finding another place to get sandwiches.
