I was highly surprised at my experience, I hear such great things about Firehouse Subs, so I was shocked at the customer service we received at the gladstone location. Not only was I short changed (don't even care at this point) ethan, the guy behind the counter, was way too out of it to even realize it. He also ignored my friend who had to order as well and we had to call him back over several times before he registered what we were needing. He just stood there staring off...

The were very understaffed, I felt bad for the employees as they trying very hard to keep up. My first time having firehouse and the subs were really good.
I'll come back as I think it was just a very busy Saturday.

Hello.. I don't usually ever make a review but every time I've came to this location they have been awesome and the food is always to my liking. Like today I showed up at 10:30 am right as they open because I needed to eat before going in to Walmart. They were busy with online or catering and still they gave me great service and I got my food in a reasonable amount of time. Keep up the good work. I only come by ever 2 or 3 months but when I do it's to treat myself...
