The three people working behind the counter were awesome and delightful! Had not been to here in a bit. Will definitely be back sooner than later.

I have only ever eaten from firehouse subs via delivery.everytime it has been delivered late or to the wrong place but most importantly the subs have been extremely soggie.the bread saturated with whatever dressing. extremely gross.extreme wet bread

Ordered two sandwiches for take-out and they were great! They were prepared just how they were ordered and we were able to pick-up the order easily. I hope to eat here more frequently because of the variety of sandwiches and customization options they offer.

We had a late dinner here 12/11/23. The food took longer to prepare than usual, everything else seemed fine until the next morning. Both my wife and I woke up with upset stomachs, and shortly after, we were both violently ill with food poisoning. We've ate at this location multiple times but this will be the last time.

I’d love to give this location a good rating, as I ate here for years when I lived in KC. Im only here visiting this time and I’ve never been treated so poorly from any establishment. The location says on the door the close at 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. It’s Friday night and I arrived at 8:55 pm. After I finished my sandwich, I packed up my trash neatly and placed it by the trash can as they had a flipped all of them upside down so I couldn’t put it inside the trash. When leaving, an employee chases me out and threw the trash on my car saying “don’t me rude bro you left your trash!” They then told me they closed at 9 and had a tiny paper up saying so. I would. It have gone in if they would have informed me they were closing. Simply the rudest experience I’ve ever had being berated and chased out of the a paying establishment.

This is the worst fire house sub I have ever been to the staff was rude. They messed up everyone's sandwich including mine. I asked for marinara sauce and there was none and I'm allergic to onions and there were onions. I couldn't even eat my food.

FAIL.Self destructing CARDBOARD SALAD BOWLS DON'T Work. ?Who knew !?Took a salad home for dinner. After a few hours took it from fridge, holding with BOTH HANDS. bowl still Collapsed, lid flew off and tossed salad all over the floor!! That's just wrong.Even an idiot would know that wet salad in a paper bowl leads to disaster. Its not even coated against moisture, it's just plain nasty dirty cardboard that feels like sand paper. Disgusting all around.PANDA tried this a few years ago...I stopped going there for a year. Now they're back to practical containers.--- old review ---Updating from 5 to 3 stars ?Made a nice hook n ladder sub.Got the extra lettuce and tomato I always request but seldom seem to receive.Staff was helpful.New to the area, looking forward to visiting a lot!

Had some work done at a tire shop nearby and went to Firehouse to eat while waiting. I ordered a small sub and it cost $8. When I got the sandwich it was 4 inches long. Not a good value. Will not be returning.

I have to give this place props on how nice and professional the staff is! I previously visited this location and at one point a regular (I presume) walked in and everyone greeted him kindly. Today the individual who took my order was very kind, helpful, and efficient. I’m a fan of the Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich (pretty good heat to it!). As I ate, I was able to observe staff helping each other and good teamwork. It’s also a good place for a quick bite that’s quiet (low volume music) and clean as well.
