The staff here is amazing and the reason for the 5 stars! When my boyfriend and I first walked in, we were greeted by smiles and “hello”s from every employee there. Very easy to order and inside was very clean. Food came out fast and hot. Made my boyfriend’s sister who is currently undergoing chemotherapy very happy with a delicious and fresh burger.

Stole our DoorDash food and then remade it and charged us $100 for 2 cheeseburgers a pop and a milkshake they didn’t even send after the theft.
Loved the eggrolls! Reminded me of a neighbor from Vietnam who lived across from me who used to make homemade egg rolls and give them to our family. Delicious and use the sauce.

If I could give this one star I would, very disappointed. I ordered a BLT and a small fry, I thought the top bread was hard because it was toasted but the bottom bread is so hard and stale it’s inedible. If I would’ve known the bread was stale I would’ve took the sandwich right back inside. Do better rainbow five guys!

This man has been here for over 5 yrs that I know of. Don't know if he's a manager or not. So I come in to make an order. I was getting some peanuts and this man basically stared a hole right through me. My coworker asked what his problem was because he noticed this man stating. I asked him he needed to say something or did he need to do something. Did he have a question? He reply was why would I need you?! I replied you were staring at me following me with your eyes when I was attempting to remove myself from your line of sight. Here's your chance to say whatever you need. He replied in language I didn't comprehend. I figured he wouldn't be man enough to say whatever he said in English so I waved him off and waited for my food. After that he was super jovial with everyone he spoke to. Why wasn't I afforded the same courtesy of a pleasant greeting? Why was I being stared at like I was doing wrong?
