Maybe it's just but I doubt it. My hamburger patties seem to be tasteless. They also seem to have a higher fat content then what they did it one time. Or could be that I'm just getting better patties at other restaurants. The fries were outstanding as usual. But my burger was bland and chewy.

Burgers and fries are always top notch. The customer service is what made me post this review. We've got a dairy allergy in the group and they've never made a mistake on the dairy free order but this time there was some cross contamination and the manager personally took care of it and made it right. They made the person with the allergies feel special instead of like a burden. Five stars for Five Guys!

This guy Blaine remembers me every time I come in and is very friendly and welcoming. I see him a lot and no matter what time I come in he's always smiling and making everyone feel nice :)
