2 Burger orders “All the way” No pickle on the 1st cheeseburger “all the way”
No tomato on 2nd cheeseburger “all the way”
Totally messed up- tomato was on both and no pickles on both.
Very simple - Zaire at register it’s correct on receipt. Frustrated to get home before noticing.

The guy at the register who seems to be a manager is very rude. Every time I have came in there. when trying to figure out what I was gonna order, he seemed to be very annoyed. When there was no one behind me in line. The second time I was doing an Uber eats and the order was not complete. The store wasn’t busy. I waited around five minutes to get the order asked for the order number he took the bag out of a bigger bag, sat on the counter and left everything sitting there then I had to put it all back into the bag not very good customer service.

Whoever Kalesha B. is Has a horrible attitude,bearly responds to questions like she really didn't want to talk, doesn't smile & doesn't greets people coming in.

Horrible expirence. I walked in and the night manager rudely told me that they where out of bacon, I then ask for fries and they were out of them as well. The cashier did not acknowledge me and did not say anything to me. My burger patties were rock solid and tasted worse then Mcdonalds. Higher Management should investigate the lack of customer service being presented, until then I am staying away.

Recently found out my biggest inspiration works here, Five Guys needs to turn into Six Guys with Baylee (@ alphabengalofficial) working here!!! Great food and even better fries. He be putting the fries in the bag 24/7!!!
