Ordered online said 8-13 minutes arrived 10 minutes later waited for 30 minutes after I notified I was here. The complaint is not about the wait for your amazing food it’s how lack of instructions lead to people being confused, mad and irritated and then it doesn’t matter how good your food is. Have some direction on online pick up at Legends.

If you can afford this place, the burgers are fire. If you want fries n a drink, plan on spending around $20 per person. The staff is awesome minus the guy w glasses running the register. The way he talks to ppl makes you wonder why they let him interact w customers. But as smooth as the rest of the staff works n flows together the register might be the best place for him

I always enjoy a good burger from here. The oinion and mushrooms are the best. Staff are always super friendly, professional and kind. The place is clean. For me, this is a good place to meet and enjoy delicious foods with friends.

Arrived to find little to no customer traffic. And yet it took 12 minutes for me to receive my food. 12 minutes with 4 folks standing around behind the counter.... The young gentleman that took our order was very polite and thorough. I even left my change as a tip. But $40 for unseasoned burgers that took 13 minutes to get in a semi empty restaurant? Never again. And the kicker? Every customer after us seemed to get their food in no time at all! Some didn't even get to sit down, and their number was called. It had been several years since I'd had 5 Guys. I won't EVER go back after this!

Ordered ahead to keep us on the road for our trip. Parking was absolutely awful because it is in a busy mall. Thankfully I was able to drive around while my husband ran in to pick up the order. Food was fantastic.
