Friendly staff and great food at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our beef tacos and bean and cheese burrito, and they also brought us some chips and salsa that were excellent.

We were in the neighborhood and needed to eat something quickly. I don't eat meat, so they made me a bean and cheese burrito that was excellent. Two of us had a light lunch for $8, including chips and salsa they brought to the table. The service was quick and staff were friendly. I would definitely go back.

Fonda is a great name for this place. While waiting in line to use the restroom the manager of the establishment gently breezed by me while cupping his right hand around my personal meat. Afterwards he stated in such a sarcastic way "Fonda Mexicana, more like Fondle AllUpOnYa, capeesh?!" I waited until I got home to notice the grease markers on my jean shorts in the shape of a small cup around my Dí²ng.

Ate there the first time for breakfast very good eggs rice and beans added some fried skirt steak to top it off excellent breakfast. Fair price

I arrived at 12:10 on a Thursday at the door says they open at 10 and nobody was there. Very disappointed.
Food was made fresh .. it was ok .. but my salsa had small broken chips in it .. prior customer? .. idk ?

The food was a 4.25 out if 5. 😀 The service was professional but no personal vibe plus it's in a strip mall in KCK, on Parallel Pkwy and 44th-ish. So my overall is a 3-3.25. A stand alone building and a little friendly tone of voice by the staff easily takes Fonda to asolid 4.0. Worth driving for carry out, then ditch out back to hwy and familiar teritory. 😋
