Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We’ve gone a few times recently and it’s been a disappointment. Such as, asking for a burger, fries and a shake. They claimed they didn’t have the shake, then they did. Then handed us the bag, only fries. Most recently my husband ordered me a plain vanilla shake, came home and that is either banana or one rancid vanilla. At this point, I am just confused.

I ordered a chilli cheese hotdog combo and the hotdog wasn't cooked. They remade the order it wasn't much better. I was very disappointed

The burger was awsome but the side tasted like it was fried in old oil. They also have way to many chairs & tables in front of where you pick up food and get drinks. During lunch you can even walk through that area.

I usually like Freddy's but this the worst one. The tables are always dirty. The employees are standing behind the counter doing nothing when they need to be wiping off the tables.

We went to Freddy's tonight looking forward to a hot enjoyable meal and got everything but that. My meal was missing the onion rings, my granddaughter didn't get her French fries and my daughter's bun was burnt and the extra cheese was missing from her fries. We've been to this location before and the food was great. I'm saving my receipt and adding a picture of the burnt bun. Someone isn't doing their job!

we arrived at 8:00 pm and placed our order for 1 chili cheese dog mean and 1 extra chili dog. at 8:14 pm we were still waiting in a line to get our food. How ridiculous is it that we waited this long for 2 hot dogs!! The people behind us left without even getting their orders. I’m sorry but this terrible service and I would never recommend you. We got our order at 8:18.
