Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We went to Freddy's tonight looking forward to a hot enjoyable meal and got everything but that. My meal was missing the onion rings, my granddaughter didn't get her French fries and my daughter's bun was burnt and the extra cheese was missing from her fries. We've been to this location before and the food was great. I'm saving my receipt and adding a picture of the burnt bun. Someone isn't doing their job!

we arrived at 8:00 pm and placed our order for 1 chili cheese dog mean and 1 extra chili dog. at 8:14 pm we were still waiting in a line to get our food. How ridiculous is it that we waited this long for 2 hot dogs!! The people behind us left without even getting their orders. I’m sorry but this terrible service and I would never recommend you. We got our order at 8:18.

Great food first time trying it out good portions however I watched an older man and his grandson sit there for almost an hour while the employees forgot there meal and serve everyone else it was heartbreaking watching the kid cry because he was hungry. They ended up leaving and eating elsewhere

Drive thru order. Ordered a combo meal: single steakburger with fries and a water. Ordered an extra French and water. Drove off on the way to the airport to find a regular sized French fry missing. Food came out quick to us, but another Freddy's experience where we were ripped off and someone is left hungry. Nice window attendant, though. She was working hard.

Food was great. Felt like the kid working drive thru only went to work today because it was hot af outside and he didnt wanna be at home. Less than enthusiastic to say the least. But food was quick and decent quality.
