Courteous staff. Good food. Good fries, but only if you eat them in the diner. If you get them in carry out. Fries will get cold real quick. I never eat the ice cream while eating in the diner, I'm too full from eating my meal, and I have no room left afterward. They do have very good ice cream. It is always very pleasing to the eye and tastes unbelievable. I recommend turtle sundae. 🍨 Love the pecans, Carmel, and chocolate.

This location is 👎🏼 I used to live by another location and thought why were all equal. The Lenexa location is like a chickfila with customers service. No.. this location is awful. They are very slow and do not care. A good half the time the orders are wrong, the workers are not nice.

I got stuck in the drive thru for over 10 minutes because they were moving so slow. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I got the bacon double cheeseburger and there was so much mayo and mustard on there it got the top of my bun soggy.

Well that had to be the worst concrete I've ever had or blizzard or whatever it's called at Freddy's. The top half didn't have any toppings and the bottom barely any also. No one was cleaning up the tables as well, they were disgusting.

We had a great lunch here after church. The chick tenders are a big hit with the kiddos. They like the burgers too but it's the ice cream they go crazy for. Freddy has a cool story if you get the chance to read the details.

So date :Aug 25 2024 at 7:30 im coming home from miving stuff all day in the summer sun. I go to freddies for food which is great but the peraon working the window is talking a million miles a minute acting like he knows everything im going to say before i say it can't understand him over the drive through speaker. Get to the window i ask him if he can put honey mustard in the bad , he has a dead pan look says yup before i even fi ish my sentence i ask if theirs straws- i get up off with another yup not to mention its taken about 15 to 20 minutes in line for 2 cars. Me and another person. Idk thar employees name he had glasses and a piny tale but he did not give me any sauce even though i asked for it and he assured me he would put it in there. And slow down your speaking
