Good chai, good coffee. Pretty good pastry selection... low inventory if you wanted nonsweets. At 0915 on a Saturday am they had 1 breakfast burrito, no other savory options. Not sure if this is the norm, or if they just had an early run on food items. But will definitely be back. Great atmosphere.
We recently moved to Argentine/turner area and we're trying places out when we stumbled across grounded sole. It's honey and comfortable. I love the atmosphere and the people who work there are nice. They have donuts from Hanas and things from another local bakery which are both good and their coffee is very good. A great place to hang out with some coffee and read a book or chat with friends.
My favorite coffee shop on KC! It has that warm charm to a small coffee shop that you want. Has lovely natural lighting, comfortable couches and chairs. Pretty plants, and even a small meeting room in the back. The coffee is excellent! The pastries, and donuts are delicious. Always very friendly staff and kind. I have nothing bad to say! Support this lovely coffee shop. It's worth it.
