Hardee's has trash people working for their company. As a previous business owner it is very upsetting to see this within the community. Do better Hardee's! Allow people to file a complaint and be heard from your customers! No one answers the phone and no manager cares to hear what you have to say. We ordered from this location through DoorDash due to me having major surgery and they forgot half of our order. My husband drove there and the lobby was closed, we went through the drive thru and the guy talking to us was in his car smoking with no wheels on it in the parking lot! Very unprofessional we spoke to the manager there and she was very rude telling us we need to go through DoorDash they can't help us. So naturally we were rude back and tossed the ripped Hardee's bag back to themand drove off. Not happy at all!

The guys got a to go order today. Look at the fries or what there is. $27 not even a drink and this is all the fries they get both orders only had this amount. ????

Gross and missing most of our order after waiting 10 minutes for the food. They wouldn't answer their phone after 30 minutes of calling so we had to drive back and request a refund or the rest of our food (preferred refund as the food was dry and lacked flavor).Only getting one star because they didn't mess up the french fries.

Absolutely horribleI ordered biscuits and gravy meal.The biscuit was fine overall but the gravy was basically a bowl of water, you drink it, not eat it.The tots were fresh and delicious but the coffee was only warm and tasted a day old. And no straw to stir in the cream and sugar. 8 dollars down the drain. This was the hardees near zona rosa in KCMO.

Getting two stars instead of one because the gentleman that took my order was pleasant. The girl at the window was absolutely HORRENDOUS! Extremely rude. When asked to make a small change to my order she made sure to let me know that they do not make changes at the window and that I should be sure about my order in the future but that she would make an exception. After which she made sure to mention that she couldn’t “see s**** with the sun glaring through the window. Love hardees but this is my first and last time at this location.

I have finally reached my limit and won't be returning. Hardees is not a terrible chain. This Hardees is a terrible store. There is literally no one other than me getting food today, and they still make me pull forward so that they can walk out the food. And, again with me being the only order they have, they make a mistake on the order and give me fries when they charged me for onion rings.

Michelle and Kayla were fantastic!!!!! Best biscuits in the Midwest, fresh, soft, melt in your mouth, and they created them right there. Have breakfast with these sisters - a date to remember!!!!!

I Decided to stop by for breakfast & they didn’t disappoint. I ordered the hand breaded chicken biscuit and the sausage and egg biscuit deal & also the two apple turnovers which were offered as well. I can’t speak for anyone else but the biscuits were tasty and the chicken was hot and fresh.

Common Sense

Went to pick up my mobile order I made through the Hardee’s App. I spoke with Antwon the “General Manager”, he let me know that since the order doesn’t show in his system, he won’t make the order.If I get charged by the app he won’t refund that, but I can buy it now again from him.There is no way to cancel the order in the app that is showing completed with an order number.Antwon has decided that a $5 order which costs the store $2 is too high a cost for that business to risk (as they may get paid later anyway), that I am responsible to take that risk.A business with that foolish of a customer service risk evaluation is going to fail, I hope they can get some management with a better basic understanding of how customer service works before then.

I pretty much avoid Hardee's as I do some other fast food chains, until today. Last week, I ran across a coupon page with both biscuits & gravy and jalapeno popper bites discounts. The first coupon was the right fish hook to draw me in.So, this morning I tried out both items for my holiday weekend breakfast. The poppers delayed my order a little bit, but not too bad. When I got my sack of food, everything was at just the right temperature to please me.The B&G + popper breakfast was the perfect combination. The biscuit was fluffy and tender, just waiting for to be split and topped with gravy. The gravy was excellent and just the right amount. The jalapeno poppers alternating with B&G mouthfuls would satisfy any savory breakfast lover. The number of poppers were just enough plus two (like getting a single tater tot with your fries order).Personally, for any biscuit & gravy feed, I make sure I come prepared. Nestled in my pocket is salt, pepper and Jack Stack All Purpose seasoning. Any mediocre B&G can be brought to life with the seasoning trinity. For great G&B, the three will amp it up to level 11.Anyway, I highly recommend giving the Hardee's breakfast menu a try and see if you might be surprised.

I felt bad. I think they were understaffed that morning. Folks had to park and wait for their order to be brought out. They forgot mine. No biggie. Here's a suggestion, just to avoid confusion, whomever is working the window should keep track of make and vehicle of the car for the order. Write it on a receipt idk. Then they can tell whomever brings the order out which car to go to. This could help avoid asking multiple cars if it's their order. Hopefully that could help y'all. But no worries. I'll be back

Screw this place. Ask for big hot ham and cheese and had 3 slices of ham. Seriously? That's a BIG HOT HAM AND CHEESE? I THINK NOT! AND don't ask for curly fries they will charge you for it but you won't get it

Customer service was really bad and moral of the employees was way down. They have a sign on one side of the restaurant that says dining is open from 5AM to 7PM. We got there and had to go to the other door around the building to get in. We ask if they would open the other door and the front clerk said no. ?
