Rudest staff around. God forbid you have a question about their menu. Prepare to have someone speak down to you and be condescending throughout your encounter. The worst staff in the area go to any other location.

I ordered a Friscoe double burger and received a regular single cheeseburger. Like how do you even confuse the 2. When I called the store of course the rude person in the window or hell any one else didn't answer. So I sent something to corporate and it's taking them forever just to respond. But here's the kicker I'm told in order to get my burger replaced which it's been almost a week now I have to join some rewards program, like WHAT?!? Make that make sense yall please!

Nishia went above and beyond with her service she provided. I don't eat pork but I wanted biscuits and gravy, she was nice enough to prepare me some gravy with no sausage. Thank you
