I love a hot ham and cheese with curly fries... this location is sad. It's the only Hardee's that 10 out of 10 times will give u cold hard curly fries that only feels half the fry container. Horrible customer service... but at least the drive thru line moves fast

I went through the drive-thru about a week ago and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito and not only was it cheaper than I expected but both items were what I expected them to be. I came through today and got 4 burritos (don't judge me) and they were also perfect. It's too common today to look at an advertisement and then get some absolute heresy of what they were advertising as the product that they're presenting to you for your money. I have stopped eating anywhere that doesn't deliver what they advertised. I will be a repeat customer at this Hardee's.

First time ordering the breakfast plate via DoorDash. VERY impressed with the quality of the food. Everything tasted right, no odd flavors that the competition has nearby. I like that the gravy was delivered in it's own bowl. Everything was hot. Biscuit was good and egg also. Plenty of food, I'm a big guy and I couldn't finish all of it... Great JOB!!

I came in to the drive through to order 1 simple breakfast sandwich and there were customers behind me in line and I got to the window paid for my food and waited for about 5 minutes and the young man at the window asked me to pull to the front and they will bring my food out , so I pulled to the front and waited for about another 5 - 10 Minutes and I am seeing the customers behind me in line getting Big orders before me and my one little sandwich ,So I go inside and was met by a very Disrespectful , Disturbed , Asst. Manager by the name of Anthony , I requested my money back , I was embarrassed and upset , the Asst Manager Anthony also the Spanish Lady Manager who had no name badge on , who I tried to file a complaint with was also Very , Very Rude could not speak or understand English well and was Just Nasty . I was a loyal customer of that Hardees But NOT any more I will never go back to that store and I have also let my Family Friends Know about the Very Poor service. Do better Hardees . We the Customers keep your store operating and functioning by spending our hard earned money there . But guess what my money spends everywhere not just at your store and I can buy a breakfast sandwich any where . Teach your staff to have more Listening skills , Empathy skills and De-Escalation skills , You might get more satisfied customers that would want to return . To loose one customer is one customer to many . Do better .

The only burger joint around this area that is really good! The restaurant is always neat and clean, the staff is super nice which is refreshing. I also enjoy their breakfast 😋 Both McDonald's and Wendy's has really gone down hill with the quality and taste of their food so I would recommend going here instead. So worth it as there is not alot of restaurants in this area.
