A small group of us came in, seated quickly, and good service until it came to our food. Not only were 3 of our orders incorrect, the chicken wings took 30 minutes longer than the original 15 minute wait for a burger and quessadillas, so overall it took 45 minutes for 4 of the 6 of us to get any of our food. The manager came and apologized, told us he would give us a major discount for our wait, and proceeded to only subtract $25 off of our $200 ticket. Our waitress did a wonderful job and apologized profusely for the wait, but overall this was a terrible experience, and unfortunately, this was a first-time visit for 3 in our group. Very disappointed and we will not be returning.

Waited 30 minutes, the place 1/4 full with no management. The couple ahead of us was sat for 20 minutes, then the server told them it's a 30 wait for drinks?? What a horribly run place. Where's the management???

When you go into a restaurant and stand in front of the door for 3 minutes and no one even greets you that's when you just turn around and take your party of 5 somewhere else. I made the mistake of coming back to this location and again terrible service. How does a computer get something wrong when it's a human that inputs the information🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️. Long wait, wrong food, service still terrible here. Incompetence all the way around 😩
It was pretty good. We hadn't been there for a long time. No one was really "hooterfied" but the food was good and we had some laughs.
Parking: No problem finding a spot to park
Kid-friendliness: My son has been there plenty of times. He wasn't a weirdo psycho kid so that helped. Some people's kids...no. LOL

the snow crab legs made me go through all 5 stages of greif, would recommend
Sound system is good, in fact too good. When talking to person across the table from you , you have to yell. Doesnt make for pleasant meal. If you have more than one bonus / reward beware you can only use one.

Oof. This is my second time being here. The first time we just knocked it off as being busy and that's why it took so long to get orders in.
Nope. It wasn't busy at all this time and it still took forever to be seated. The table, chairs, floor, and menus were all sticky.
It took forever to get our drinks (2 people) and our waitress never did her round to check to see if we needed refills (we did) so it was a lot of waiting and watching them sit at a table and just talk with no care that there are people who need to order.
I asked for no american cheese on anything and to switch to cheddar.
When the food came out the loaded tots were just smeared in american cheese. My sliders had american cheese, and the sliders were charred, burnt, and super dry. We spent a total of $90, and I feel like spending $90 at a Hooters I shouldnt be getting melted struggle slices on everything.
Another terrible experience all around. Definitely won't be coming back.

where to start! took 5 minutes to be acknowledged and another 5 to be seated. There were no beers available on tap! limited selection for bottles. placed our order shortly after we sat. we were a party of 4, 2 couples. ordered sides of tutor tots, curly fries, and a salad, and entrees of wings and sliders. 55 minutes passed with no food. waitress finally came by and, when asked, said they were slammed. when asked about the sides, she said she was waiting to serve everything together.
shortly there after, she delivered the wings. we still had no plates or utensils, and no dressings, ranch blue cheese.. we took a bite in the wings, and they were cold. we decided to address with the manager, who seemed unphased and lacked any concern or remedy. at this point, the rest of the food was delivered, but we immediately noticed hair in the fries. lacking any acknowledgment of concern from the waitress or the manager we left without eating.
recommend you avoid any hooters in the KC area. there's a reason they all closed on the missouri side and only the Kansas ones remained open. however. given the poor experience we have had with the old ones and the Overland Park store, we had hoped for
a better experience.
it seems Hooters management in this region is lacking. will never attend another hooters in Kansas or Missouri! extremely disappointed!!!!

My dad and I come up to your Hooter's just about every Thursday, just because of the excellent service from Samir. She is amazing and very attractive to us. We would not come up as much if you didn't have such a great server like Samie!

Good food great service
I really want to like this place since I live super close to it. The staff are nice but the wait time for food is unacceptable. The fries are always dry. Hopefully, the food quality gets better.
