Food was terrible and looked nothing like it was pictured didn’t even have everything that was supposed to be in it. Waitress was way too nice so i just didn’t eat it.

When I entered the restaurant there was a young lady standing there waiting for service so I waited as well for a couple of minutes to be seated, a cup of water was brought to me, the waitress came back to my table about five minutes later to take my order I told her I wasn't ready but she approached me to get my order as she was rushing me asking me what I wanted, to make a long story short the food was horrible. the hasbrowns were burned and there were little fleas flying around my food so I just left it there, and it was FREEZING in there ITS WINTER TIME 11 DEGREES OUTSIDE! I never finished my plate, Never going here again, 3928 RAINBOW

Came to IHOP on New New Year’s Day it took 10 minutes to be seated once we were seated we literally couldn’t hear ourselves. Talk to each other because of the cook had the Mexican music blasting so loudly I couldn’t hear myself think. The service was terrible. When I asked if the music could be lowered, she said no. Once the food came out, it was disgusting. The waiter was Terrible and there are fruit flies everywhere. Absolutely terrible experience and I will never be back. Pictured is the rude waiter I also took a video of how absurdly loud the music was, but I can’t post it but this experience Was absolutely horrible. I came in to get a bite to eat before I went on a very long road trip And I spent the entire time uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t even order food I just couldn’t wait to get out of there

Chicken Turkey Sandwich was really good at 9pm on a cold -7 temperature night. The pancakes also tasted fresh. This overal cost around 22$ .
Kid-friendliness: There were many kids playing around and it was a week before christmas so kind of nice with all the decorations.
The service was very slow and they acted like they hate their job and just want to leave. You can tell they use the cheapest ingredients in their food. Even the eggs tasted off. The pancakes are just terrible and that’s what they are supposed to be the best at. I blame myself. I should know better than to eat a corporate chain restaurant where everything’s is a cheap as possible. Go to First Watch 3 mins away, they have amazing pancakes.

Our round table top was extremely loose. The position was awkwardly close to the entry, causing patrons to brush by as it was busy. I, of course, don't blame this on the staff, just the design. The food was great, and the service was great.
