Laurel was the best server. Really made sure we were ok, great customer service. Definitely made our experience a ton better!!

I've been going to a lot of IHOPs recently and although this doesn't quite stack up to the other ones the quality of the food seems to be just as good. The service is slow, but after talking to the waitress, she says they just have enough staff.They do close at 4 because of short staffing, but will open some days without really any announcement.If you're patient, you can be sure you'll still get a good meal!

This restaurant had one of the best servers I've ever came across I love it there it's open until 10:00pm I don't know why it says they close at 4:00pm because they don't so if your hungry stop in there the food is great and the service is amazing

This Ihop was pretty decent. My son-in-law was craving their pancakes, so we stopped to get pancakes. The pancakes were great, and tasted very good. That's one thing about Ihop, their pancakes are above average good and that's how it should be.

Horrible Service! Tables dirty, used napkins on the floor and Did I mention, Horrible Service?!Sat on our table for 15 mins. No server, no drinks, not even an we'll be right there! Nothing! They weren't even busy, just 2 other tables in the entire restaurant!We simply walked across the street to Dennis and had a delicious breakfast! This place is trash! Just a matter of time before they shut it down if they keep this up! Horrible

If I could give zero stars I would the food was nasty and it took forever to even get drinks. We ordered an appetizer for the kids and it came when our meals did. The mac n cheese tasted like Kraft or best choice some box Mac n cheese I could have made at home. We won't be back. And it took an hour to get our drinks and order in a terrible experience.

I was really disappointed in this experience. We've been here before and it was great, but this time I ordered crepes which usually have a filling, this time just flat.. My wife had a breakfast burrito, took 2 bites and got sick. They don't have iced coffee anymore which was my favorite!! The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is my kids loved their edible glitter pancakes.

The service leaves a lot to be desired, sat 10 min before getting drinks.2 then sat 15 min before getting order taken.3 It took 20 to get our food.4 I'm a big stickler on keeping my drink topped, I finished my drink and never got a refill.5 The food was good.

Showed up for breakfast noticed that the restaurant was extremely busy with about 10 plates on the counter ready to go to customers but not enough staff to serve fast. initially had reservations about staying to eat however after we were seated our server Laurel came and took a drink orders as well as our food order and was extremely fast she came back on multiple locations to make sure we were doing well and see if we needed any boxes or refills despite being pregnant did not use that as a reason to slow down but instead worked harder and faster then every other Server l in the building at the time highly recommend this facility and Laurel as a server great job keep up the good work
Early in the mornings there are 2 older waitress , I understand some people are not much help while working but it is absolutely unnecessary for one of them to be talking down about the other out loud directly to customers. It is bullying & extremely uncomfortable to watch. This happens every time we go, my husband & I will no longer be eating at this location.Food is always great though.

1st time at this location as I am new to the area.Went about 11:30am on a Sunday. Walked in and got seated... at a dirty table. Our waitess, which was really nice and accommodating cleaned the table up right away, got us our drinks and came right back. My friend ordered the country breakfast bowl ( I think) with birthday cake pancakes and I ordered strawberry banana pancakes, bacon, sausage and hash rows for my son and I to split, as I was not very hungry.My friend eats a bite into her bowl and realizes there's a black straight hair in her food. The waitress thanks my friend for not making a big production out of it and volunteered to remake the bowl. Im eating my bacon and sausage, which are both very cold. She brings my friends food out in a to go box as requested and my sons food in a box as requested.Our great waitess was able to comp my friends whole meal, so I paid for mine and we left. Got my sons breakfast home to him and I hear him say "yuck". Im completely confused. He says to me "you're trying to make me eat food with mosquitos in it" I have never been so humiliated. I snatched that away from my son and jumped in my car so fast. All I could think abt was, what if he'd ate that. How nasty.When I got to IHOP, the same waitress was there and she and the cashier were very disgusted and apologetic, as they should, but the manager just have me my money back and said sorry. So we did file with the health department.Management is everything. Customer service goes a very long way. There was a bug. In. My. Sons. Food. And u say sorry??? Eat at your own risk

Should’ve left earlier but since so busy thought we would give them a chance. Gal at front door was very rude as people walked in and asked if they had a mask! Practice it yourself as you are a employee and you have a mask mandate. Then another 20 minutes and they took our order. Waitress was very apologetic. 45 minutes latter no food, 1 waitresses complaining about co workers. Another about her horrible customers. We finally got up and left. We informed our waitress she apologized again
