Not to sound like a Karen but I had a $63.57 order and they completely screwed it up. I had to pay extra for bacon and a New York cheesecake pancake just to not receive either. When I called to complain Sal the manager or whatever he considers him self told me to bring the whole order pack for “store credit”. I’m beyond upset I feel totally disrespected. I wouldn’t not recommend this location.

The ONLY thing that was good was the Server! The food was awful. The eggs were underdone, the biscuit was dry and the Canadian Bacon was paper thin and over cooked. So gross. We paid the bill and will NEVER go back. Legends, KCKS.

Jennifer R was our server and apprecite her attentiveness to our needs. We are regulars at this IHop and always receive great service.
The service was great, it has been 3+ weeks since my visit. I forgot the gentleman's name that served us, he was enjoyable to have as a server. The food was pretty good and there atmosphere was great. Went with2 other truck drivers from the company i worked for.

I wanted to leave a review just because not only was the food delicious but my big family decided to eat here December 1st and the staff where absolutely delightful. Our server (unfortunately didn't catch her name) was absolutely some of the best service I've had in a long time. Everyone working there for brunch seemed like good freinds just working together and it made even the crowded restaurant give an air of positive energy. 💗
