They have changed the hours to 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. Only had two people working. The server/cashier and the cook/ dishwasher. Service very slow. No management any where to be found. Irecommend u find another IHOP they are not all like this one.

Got there at the time my food was suppost to be ready, and then waited over 25 minutes for my food, in that time 4 different people asked me for a name, most of the staff just stood around not doing anything. Overall bad experience, wont go back to this

I am definitely never going back to this location, and probably avoiding any IHOPs after this. The food was what you’d expect for a cheap chain place like this. However, this restaurant is filthy. Someone needs to wash the whole place from floor to ceiling with bleach water to remove all the food residue, mucus on bathroom walls, and who knows what else that was all over the restaurant. The syrup holder was completely covered in sticky syrup and our booth was crumbs. In addition, our waitress was busy prepping her area but often I saw her put tasks ahead of customer service. We got our food and we did not get checked on again. When I went to pay, another waitress was complaining about people right in front of me. Instead of having the franchise owner follow up with me, this place needs to improve its hygiene and service standards, or else it will lose more customers like me.

Sadly it feels like a school cafeteria now in an underserved district. Arguments between workers, sticky tables, lukewarm food... it's sustenance. Wafflehouse has a reputation and these guys are trying to rival it.

Wow. I think this was probably one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. I don't think it is completely the employees fault but they did not help.We showed up around 1230pm on a Friday with four of us for brunch. The restaurant was pretty dead (maybe 4 tables?) and we actually got seated right away. We were not given the promo menu, just the regular one. Our waiter was a friendly younger guy and seemed on top of things. After bringing us our water, things just continued to go down hill from there. Our waiter came back around 5-10 minutes later to take our order and did it without writing anything down. Ok cool, if you can remember a full order from a 4-top, that's impressive. However, when the manager comes back 10 minutes - 10 minutes - later to re-take our order because he didn't write it down, that is an issue. First off, why did it take 10 minutes for our orders to be re-taken? Because that is even longer we will have to wait for our order. So after 40-45 minutes, our food finally started coming out and of course there were errors there too. One of our Omelettes, was filled with raw onion which was requested to not be in the omelettes. Two separate small stacks of pancakes were not made so they had to wait for those. I immediately asked for our bill since we had been here for almost an hour and a half at this point and have places to be. That took another 15 minutes. Shockingly, the food was actually pretty tasty and at a good temperature, so not all was bad. Also, since when did IHOP close at 2pm on a Friday? Super weird. But overall, I will never return to this location. I serve part time so I definitely understand issues and get being short staffed. But this was ridiculous. The waiter is not fully to blame because it definitely seems like he was not given enough training or good enough training. But regardless, when a restaurant isn't remotely busy, and it takes that long for every single thing to take place, it is unacceptable.

My wife's omelet had old grey chunks of ham in it,my steak was way over cooked. The doesn't mean to say Mom waiter was very forgetful. And for whatever reason because they were so slow at getting our food they brought my wife to go box of toast.

We didn’t get the hostess to come up to us at all several others came in after but still no one said be right with you or acknowledged we were there. After 10 minutes we left. They had several areas of open seating but I guess they didn’t want our business.

My husband and I each had the T-bone steak and egg breakfast, and he had a side of hash browns and oatmeal. We both agree that this was the worst breakfast, and restaurant experience, we've ever had! We were seated quickly, but that was about it. We spent $60 for the thinnest steaks I've ever seen... We were wondering why weren't asked how we wanted it cooked... Because there's no other way to cook it other than well done, which is my preference anyway... But not so dry you could barely cut it! The pancakes weren't even that great for them to be what IHop is known for! Lol. Absolutely NOTHING had any seasoning on it either. When our steak and eggs came out, we had to wait about 10 mins for the hash browns to come, then wait again for the oatmeal, and ANOTHER wait for steak sauce (2nd person asked finally brought it). They may have been short staffed, I don't know... But even if they were, that's still no excuse for the food to be of such poor quality! The restaurant was also pretty much empty aside from us, and a couple other tables! So even if only a few people were working, it shouldn't have taken that long either! Will never return, and will be sure to spread the word ?

Why are they always closed or you’re waiting an hour for food. Sorry but when I come to get breakfast, I can’t wait forever, I need to get to work.
