Ever since I was a young girl, we have LOVED Italian Delight It was the first thing you smelled coming in the front door of Indian Springs. There’s just something about that smell that brings back such great memories 🥹and to know that part of that family to this day, still makes pizza for Us here in Wyndotte County 🫶🏼 THANK YOU

First time back at Italian Delight since moving back to KC. The place is clean, the employees are very friendly, food is tastefully displayed, comes out quickly and efficiently. I opted for the house salad with Italian dressing and a slice with Italian Sausage. The salad was just Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions and 3 slices of tomato. The lettuce was generous and crisp, the tomatoes were soft, I opted for no onion, the dressing is house made oil, vinegar and pepper. I would probably suggest adding shredded cabbage, carrots or cucumber to add some color and texture but the salad was good.
The slice appearance wasn’t great because of how slices are reheated, but everything else about it was great. A generous amount of sausage with good flavor, cheese was melted properly, just the right amount of sauce. I am certain a fresh whole pie would be outstanding.

Post covid, this place took a turn. The food tasted like it was shipped from a central kitchen, and microwaved for a minute before being served.
Now, it's starting to taste more fresh.

sandwich had old stale bread . no dressing very dry lettuce just fell off as soon as I opened it . HORRIBLE SANDWICH I SPENT TEN DOLLARS ended up going to price chopper making my own . Much better. never again

The lasagna here is consistently delicious. I remember when they were located in mission. Recently, I discovered they still existed. I am thrilled. They have great anti lettuce salads, too.

I am a New Yorker who loves pizza This was a nice place with friendly service. The pizza was NY style Crust needed to be crispier A touch more sauce to have the right proportion of cheese to sauce So by NY standards okay not great By Kansas standards very good The garlic knots were way to doughy And barely had a garlic flavor came with good sauce for dipping When we are shopping at legends We will go back
