The worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. Service is slow. The worst part is my last (and final) visit I sat in line at the order screen for 10 minutes only to then be told they were only taking mobile orders and not letting anyone else order. This is ridiculous to make me wait in line, get stuck in line, and then tell me I can’t even order. I’m not sure how a place can stay in business operating like this.

Came in to get DoorDash that was already prepared and couldn’t get help from staff this place is filthy and disgusting the staff have poor communication and won’t acknowledge you I asked all staff to help then they started arguing and cursing at each other over who could help me never again

Went through the drive through to get a jumbo Jack cheeseburger. Unsourdough bread easy, catch up. Add add mustard. They handed me a sourdough Jack, which is not what I ordered. I went right back around the drive through and the lady, an elderly lady in her 40s or 50s set there got irritated and the cook did the same thing, so they made my order the way it was supposed to be. But the sourdough bread was not toasted. It was cold The sandwich was called the only thing warm about it was the meat. I think people need to pay attention when an order is made. So needless to say, I didn't like it to the least.

Oh no they service is very bad I still haven't received my refund I order on the mobile out for delivery they told the door dash drivers it will. Be 40 min for my order on December the 30 at 3:37 pm I don't have a problem with no one up there but I'm still waiting for my refund wit jack in the box I never got my order 5 different dasher came to pick it up no they did not steal my food the dasher it was all lies I called door dash customer service they said Jack in the box would have to refund me 20 some dollars that's theft didn't receive any type of food I have picture In all when the time kept changing I'm like where is my food it was cancel by jack in the box but where is my money I'll never use the mobile app delivery

I'm not sure how it could get worse. Never returning to ANY Jack locations again. Please close this location. Not fair to offer "food" at this price in this economy with such poor quality and customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Managers here are so careless. I received a delivery order and not even half my order was in the bag. I got 2 of the 13 items I ordered. And they weren’t even correct. I called the store and they seemed so careless not to mention I called prior to placing it to ask if I could get sauces which they did not even give when they said they would. This store is lazy. Do not order and go somewhere else.

I hate this location it's always understaffed I'm always in line for Atleast 40 mins for a single meal the employees don't wanna be here legit this is the worst location they have at this point fire everyone and start over I've been denied service here multiple times because they had to many door dash or mobile orders to complete 10 out of 10 would not recommend

Good food, 1 star for the service.

Just went there at 5AM (they 24hr), lights were on, cleaning supplies out, indoor floor mats outside, no one in sight. I sat in the drive-thru for a couple minutes but no one took my order, i then left after no one responded after talking into the screen/mic bc i didnt have the time to wait for them to finish yanking one out in the restroom. It's either no one taking orders or up to 1 hour wait in the drive-thru, my longest was 40 minutes, with only 3 cars ahead of me. (1 normal sized paper bag entered each car, so I know it wasn't bc of a big order)

As someone that has worked in a extremely under-staffed kitchen, imma still say that the wait times are ridiculous. (At least overnight, idk how slow day crew is)
