I drive back to Jalisco‘s about once every three months just to be able to have authentic Mexican food…. and I take an order to go for a later time. Your meal is always served with chips and homemade salsa…. Chewy is the kindest most polite restaurant owner I have ever met. They don’t have the buffet any longer because of Covid but you can order anything from the menu and it will be delicious, hot and Your plate is presented as if it was the one they were going to take pictures of further advertisement . Jalisco’s is a place that you could call home?

I ordered two cheese enchiladas Ala cart $4.60. Diet pepsi $1.65. Reeses candy bar $2.00. Total is $ 8.25. Not sure how they got a total of $11.40. I put $15.00 on card which gave waitress a tip of $3.60..WTH??? This was a pick up order..enchiladas were great but cold. I had just placed the order 6 minutes out. I got there in exactly 6 minutes. WTH?????

Don't live in the Dotte anymore but EVERYTIME I'm on this side of town I stop in to see Chewy...one of the owners...I worked there a long time ago and he's still one of my favorite people on the planet...the food is as AUTHENTIC as it gets!!! Amazing people amazing food and Chewy and his sister are absolutely CLASS ACTS warm hearts genuinely caring and good people!!! And ya can taste the love in the food

Sad, this is no longer a buffet. Really looked forward to a good Mexican buffet - denied. Had chicken chimi, since this is the only choice, chicken tasted like it was from a can. Fried potatoes are no longer an option. Server was good.

Not sure why I never heard or been to this place. Family lived in the KCK area when I was a kid but moved early on. It's quite obvious that the place has been here forever as I don't think they ever changed the decor in its 55+ years however who really cares? It's the food is why I'm here. It was really very good. Had the Chicken Flautas with rice. Very tasty, authentic flavor and fresh. Traditional tomato taco sauce rather than what one may define as salsa in an authentic Mexican restaurant. I liked it and the chips were crispy and fresh. Hubby got the Mexican chili and said he liked its flavor and spiciness very much, could use more pork but overall good. Homemade flour tortillas came with! We will come back here if in the area again by chance. Service excellent.
