Every single sandwich order I placed in the past decade has been made wrong. I specifically order the Italian that comes with a vinaigrette dressing and they give me the wrong sandwich loaded with mayonnaise. This is every single order. I’m talking over a dozen orders in the past 10 years Has been made completely wrong. I’ve never had a sandwich made correctly. This was my last chance with them, please do not go over there.

Went to pick up an online order and when we got it they got what we order for cookies wrong but we were going to ignore because we had already left but I noticed they forgot one of our bags of chips. So we went back and told them and the lady with dark brown hair that wears glasses just throws the bag of chips in the car window and says “ There you go” and laughs. Totally horrible behavior in my opinion when she could have easily handed the chips to us.

Nice location in Downtown KC, staff is always been amazing like make other Jimmy Johns. Parking is a little difficult as you might have to enter the wrong way to park when it's busy at the drive through as it blocks others from getting into the parking lot where even the local sherrif parks in the ADA parking for no apparent reason.

DO NOT ORDER AHEAD. If you visit here order in store, watch them make your sandwich. We ordered ahead, took the food home and all three sandwiches were incorrect, some didn’t even have standard ingredients on them, they didn’t even try.
