The food is always good. But shout out to whoever answered the phone, I was having a hard time finding parking and was on lunch, so didn't have a ton of time. I called and expressed this, he said pull up and he'd run it out to me.

I would give them 0 ? I'm a trucker delivering goods before KC shut down I'm setting in a 6hr line wait to unload... But only 2.1 miles away from this Jimmy John's.. The guy said They would not deliver to me because I am 7 minutes away.. the only deliver 5 minutes away.. I'm glad you can eat bud.. I will never spend a scent at a Jimmy John's now..

I used to eat at the original Jimmy John's in Charleston IL. I really like Jimmy John's...as much for their customer service and delivery as for their subs. Their subs are very good...but they are very basic. So...for a good basic sub, Jimmy John's is the way to go. I had Jimmy John's for lunch while on a business trip in Kansas City. You cannot go wrong with Jimmy John's

The freaky fast campaign seems a little bit cheesy, but I kid you not, they gave me my sandwich before my card had even been accepted by the reader, and this was DURING THE CHIEFS SUPER BOWL PARADE. Freaky fast is real, and the workers are very friendly.

This location is so unprofessional!!!! All of the employees were using vulgar language and explicit language no supposed to be used in the work place. There was no sense of management either I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL I WILL NEVER RETURN EVEN IF IM STARVING!!!

This location is awesome. Last Friday during the rain and sleet storm, the KCATA bus stopped running for five hours. I am disabled and walk with a cane. Jimmy John's staff allowed me to sit in their location downtown until services began again. It was an awesome five hours. The staff was so nice, helpful, and respectful to EVERYONE that crossed through their doors during my five hour sit. From now on, anytime I am in downtown KC and hungry, Jimmy John's on Grand will be my spot. ☺??

I called here trying to get delivery. I think my area code confused the person on the other end of the line. I was put on hold 4 times and every time she came back she asked for my address. Every time I gave it to her she put me on hold again. So much for super fast delivery.
Freakishly slow.. Order at 12:19. Says out for delivery at 12:40( okay they movin) doesn’t get here tell 12:58. I live 5 blocks away.. Then to top it off lol. This fool doing the delivery gonna call me and ask me to bring down a pen to sign

The atmosphere at this certain location prevailed a loose relationship with the consumer. Although the music displayed a country vibe. I felt the mood would be better formed for the employee's rhythm and energy increase; the personal attention of the customer would greatly increase positive word of mouth, for this particular location. I pray the enjoyment will be more than just another sandwich. And would I go back and dine-in? To fulfill appetite. To spend my entire lunch maybe! Let's pick the energy up so lunch would be exuberant. Be blessed and safe.
