Incredibly slow. Every time I order online from here I have to sit around and wait in store for my sandwich.

Frequently gets orders wrong and when you say something about it the employees and even managers act like you're the problem. Don't even think about getting anything fast either.

Placed an order 3 days ahead for 30 mini sandwiches- bucket pickles and a large pasta salad, It was my daughters wedding day (light lunch for the ladies while getting ready). Sent someone to pick up the order. Came back no pickles - no pasta salad. He went back over the female manager seemed confused. Gave him a drink cup filled with pickles and a tiny individual bowl with - 6 pieces of pasta. He questioned her she seemed very confused by told him it was correct. Once he came back for the 2nd time with the cup of pickles and that. I called expressed getting the order wrong 1st time was a pain, but-- going back 2nd time and still not getting it. She told me she just spaced off. By this time we have moved past it. I asked to credit my card back for not getting the items. Was offered a store credit. We do not live near here were staying at the Westin Crown center for wedding. This seemed to be a difficult request, she had to call someone and assured me my credit card would be credited for the pasta and pickles. Guess what its been 3 weeks and still nothing.Extremely poor service- poor management.

We went at 11:30 on a Wednesday, just before the big lunch rush. It was steadily busy the whole time we were there, but they had our order perfect and ready to go in about four minutes! We are definitely keeping this on our list, when visiting Children’s Mercy, just a three minute walk away.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter cannot have gluten or egg, so Jimmy John’s is one of our favorite places to dine out. She enjoyed the Turkey Unwich!

Ordered from here three times sinces it's across the street. All three times my order has been wrong. Two times I got an entirely different and cheaper sandwich without the customizations I paid for either. Definitely didn't grab the wrong order either, double and triple checked that each time. Final times it was the right order but without the special dressing and in its place a ranch packet like they were out of the correct stuff and instead of offering some concession just decided to give me a completely different one.Now I have to drive significantly further and out of my way to go to a different location because I'm never going back to this one.

I walk in tell the man who goes on to call himself the manager hey sir I'm pretty sure I ordered here. He stares at me so I'm like okay he needs more information.I say I got no notification.He continues to stare at me....I'm now uncomfortable I saw okay ugh can you you help me. I recapped what I told him agian. He says so what do you need those are questions... Now I just want to find my food and get away from this strange guy... SO I APPEAL to the other employee who was kinda watching the tail end of the situation. He finally asks me was it pick up I say yeah he points at a rack behind me in the corner with my glorious food.After I looked at my food I asked for said manager that's why it's 1 star he was the manager no didn't get his name. But if owner cares time was about 4:40ish whoever the first employees is I spoke to on camera that's that man.Hopefully he learns from the situation

Great food, but they dont have enough people to run the place. This location use to be fast but it's delivery service has gone down. It takes 1-2 hours to get your food. They say they are short staffed all the time.
Ordered for delivery, waited 45 min and finally called store to cancel, no apologies, said they'd cancel it later when not so busy. Probably won't get my refund, and now I've missed my lunch break with no meal. Plus this was a rewards purchase, so I probably won't get my rewards points back.
