Restaurant was rude dirty! Staff was rude! Manager told me she heard the drive thru conversation on her headset and wasn’t wearing a headset when I walked in. She was more focused on taking my order instead of hearing my complaint 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Black man making my sandwich was flat out rude to me but sugary sweet to other white customers I am a black women will not be returning. Food was not good and was sloppy. The host was welcoming and polite.

Slowest Jimmy John's experience I've ever had. I always order ahead to make it even quicker, but I had to wait on the drive thru because the lobby was locked. Then I'm the drive thru they said there was a 15 minute back up but to just "pull to the window" to get my order. Well there's no way to skip a drive thru line.

Just wanted to say that this is one of the best Jimmy Johns in KC. They have a friendly staff and I really enjoy the ladies working the window. Angela GM also took really great care of me helping me out with a lunch for an association I'm part of despite being incredibly busy. Thanks all!

Ordered a sandwich combo for delivery only to find out they don't have delivery drivers and are using a 3rd party. That 3rd party stole my meal. New management has butchered this location. Don't order from here unless you want to risk losing your meal.

I WON'T BE COMING BACK HERE!!!! I was a regular, 2 days a week every week, till I got the wrong sandwich, got to work an found out. I called they said they would deliver the correct sandwich but didn't. When I called they him hauled around about the delivery so I bluntly asked if they were going to deliver me a sandwich or not and I was told they didn't have to put up with the way I was talking to them!!! Is it so wrong for me to ask that they correct their mistake??? I don't think so but I guess they do!! Well good bye Jimmy John's, there are plenty of other places to go.

It’s partially my own fault, because who tf goes to Jimmy John’s for a wrap ??‍♀️??‍♀️. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap (extra chicken) and got no chicken ??. Went back, they fixed it but it was so disgusting I should have just asked for a refund. Waste of 18 dollars.

Have had 2 bad delivery experiences with this location. First one took 1 1/2 hours to deliver. Today they called 40 minutes after ordering to say they had no drivers. I’d pass here for delivery.
