We've ordered delivery from this location 3 times now and shame on us for thinking things would get better. Spoiler alert... they never get better. Our delivery orders always take at least 45-minutes, the order is often wrong, even forgetting entire sandwiches from the order. Once we received chips that were already open. They tried to tell us it was Uber Eats' fault and they were the ones that messed with our order even though the bag was stapled shut with no signs of being tampered with. They say they'll refund the order when it's wrong but they don't so you have to follow up and make sure they do what they say they are going to do... because they won't. Highly recommend finding another sandwich shop and avoid this one.

Always super friendly, fast, reliably good sandwich exactly like you expect from a Jimmy John's. Parking can be a squeeze, but it's downtown Brookside, so nothing to be done about that. Convenient and consistent. One of my favorite JJ locations in the whole city.

Tried to go in to order a sandwich tonight. People behind the counter were too busy gossiping about some bs to greet me or even attempt to take my order. Immediately walked out. I order from this location at lot. The service has gone downhill in the last few months. You’ve lost my respect and money.

We placed an online order that took 45 mins to make! Just two sandwiches. We got there 30 mins after placing the order to give them time. When we get there the sandwiches are not ready and we had to remind the staff to make our order. Get our order 45 mins later, get home and it is completely wrong!!! Great job Jimmy John’s! No longer freaky fast! Location was the Kansas City Missouri Brookside location. Don’t go there! Maybe just don’t go to Jimmy Johns at all!!
