I love Jimmy Johns and for this one not to have a drive-thru.. the customers are walking in and the smell is pretty funky. It’s been over a year. Please see what’s wrong.

The food is fine because it's standard for all Jimmy John's, but the people here seem inconvenienced if you come in. I've also never had the extra details of delivery orders followed (cutting my sandwich in half, including napkins, giving me a straw for my drink).

This isn’t rocket science. How difficult is it to get an order correct.Do a favor and shut it down. So a Jersey Mikes can service Brookside.

The cashier asked for my order, then spaced off for several seconds. A veggie sub with no avocado spread, add oil and vinegar, extra tomato and extra cheese. He said "no mayonnaise?" and I responded "I never mentioned mayonnaise. I'll start over."The sandwich I got didn't have mayonnaise or extra tomato.

Just walked in with ten complicated sandwiches and they had no problems. Snaped it out perfect. Out in record time.

That's the most undisciplined environment I've ever witnessed. manager scratching his head and hair several times while eating chips standing next to the guy doing food prep.... Please care about what you're doing or go work somewhere else cause That's our food you are infecting with your unsanitary habits. Thanks

Do you know at one point in time I really enjoyed the sandwiches here because I found them to be pretty fresh and quickly made, and different but there's been a couple things that really kind of have taken away from the appeal. For starters, the owner who started this franchise, and I'm talking the very initial owner, is a big game hunter. To me, it really just sits wrong with me ethically. Secondly, there used to be a portion that really set them apart from the other sandwich chains, and that was that they offered sprouts. Not anymore. In essence, they've JUST shown themselves to be sandwiches made quickly. I don't know if that does it for me. If I'm in a pinch and I'm hungry and I just know interest in cooking or making anything on my own, I guess it's an option?? But not really. How to improve: have a PR campaign to better the lives of third world countries where these animals exist. Actually help them. Also, bring back the sprouts. Stand for something and have a meaning. Not just make a buck. The ambience, i've never been impressed with the insides of this place ever. I can't say that the service is all that befitting either.

Ordered a sandwich based on the menu. It came with some standard items I was not aware of. When I questioned it, I was met with "look at the menu, it states what comes on the sandwich".Okay, fair. But I pointed out I wasn't aware and that it's been my experience that dressings are usually confirmed when ordering. Dude wasn't having it, literally shoed me off with his hand and no offer to remake the sandwich to my liking or refunding my order since I didn't take the sandwich. Another worker said "this isn't Subway, you don't get it your way". Dismayed I walked out of the store. This occurred on 11/6 at 6:20PM If management decides to follow-up. I know it's hard to get staffing these days.

I got there and ordered and the staff was already pretty standoffish. Then they get my order wrong and get fussy with me for telling them…and then they get it wrong again. Won’t go back.

Love it when you stop in 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time and are told that they closed early.
