Would give zero stars if I could. The bread we received was rock hard. I called to address the issue and the “manager” on duty was very argumentative with me and demanded I drive 15 minutes back to the store right then and there to return the sandwhiches. I explained I wouldn’t be able to bring the sandwiches until after a movie we were rushing to get to and already bought tickets for (so a few hours tops) and he said “oh well then I can’t help you, I did the bread myself today and know it’s not hard” … and hung up the phone in my face. I would have happily come and exchanged the sandwiches for fresh bread after the movie, no problem. But he said that was not an option and provides zero other options or any level of customer service at all. He was rude, condescending, unprofessional, and should not be a manager anywhere. This Jimmy Johns franchise should re-evaluate who they have representing their store.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery while having a garage sale (meaning I couldn’t leave). I waited an hour and then called to get an update and they said maybe 20 more minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and it hadn’t even left the restaurant. At this point it should have been free. I cancelled the order. I could have had multiple other restaurants deliver in this time frame and I’m STILL HUNGRY. The guy on the phone was apologetic enough but for a company that is “freaky fast”, this was astronomically slow.

About 75 percent of the time this location is understaffed, (I can't figure out why) however, they ALWAYS make amazing sandwiches and apologize for the wait to get our delivery delivered. The delays are expected...I still order...it’s always delicious...the person delivering is always super stressed.
