Pretty tasteful food, turkey leg was tender and well smoked and seasoned. Burnt ends were fairly good but not sure how long they were cooked. Mac and cheese not so great. Service and wait time was pretty good.

So sorry to add my two cents. The greens were good, the turkey leg was very tender but did not have a lick of seasoning. I could not eat it. So Sorry to have to write this, but I needed seasoning.

We were lucky enough to enjoy some great food from the KC Turkey Leggman food truck at Enchant. Smelled good, tasted good and the service was exceptional! My husband said the potato salad was the best he’d ever had. That’s high praise!!

Best turkey leg I've had thus far, and I've been to the infamous turkey leg hut!I had the plain turkey leg and potato salad. They were both hitting! Fell right off the bone and was tender and moist.Go, I don't believe you be disappointed.I would highly recommend!

Okay I have been waiting weeks to try so let me tell you the mixed greens are so fire and cooked with the turkey legs details baby. The macaroni and cheese was so delicious he knows how to throw down baby cheesed up and seasoned down. The smoked turkey wings are so fire the KC Turkey Leggman did his thing end of story. Oh and my momma liked the potato salad.

This is a unique addition to Kansas City's BBQ scene. Nothing else quite like it. Keep in mind two things. 1. It's a one man operation. 2. It's a carry out only place. What I am trying to say is call ahead to avoid a wait. This place has built an entire BBQ joint around smoked Turkey legs, and rightfully so! The drumsticks are well-made, smoky, tender, and wonderful. The Bussman offers the drumstick under a giant mountain of 4 cheese Mac! The Mac is so freaking good. The smoked chicken wings are some of the best in town. When offered, the turkey ribs are awesome and unlike anything else in town. The burnt ends are the presauced type and make for a solid sandwich. The beef polish is one of the best smoked sausages I have found in KC. The owner is super friendly and appreciative of the business. Cool spot worth checking out - just call ahead! The Bussdown Legg is what every first-timer should try.

Please tell me how you promote turkey legs and don’t have any!! I traveled almost 30 minutes to be told on a Sunday “we won’t have any turkey legs until Wednesday “. I was totally outdone. It would have been good to post this on the website or something!!
