Why does this say open? If you can’t go in there to sit out and eat during your breaks

Don't use the restrooms if you want to go in privacy. You have no control over the locks, but the teens behind the counter do. I went in, did my business and as I was sitting there, I hear the door unlock and a random lady held the door open a few seconds while saying "oh my god!" ... after everything I go talk to the same girl who unlocked it for me. Her response was "well, you were in there a really long time" ... good on you for never taking a crap that didn't take longer than 7 minutes. There is no posted time limit, nor was told. I wasn't any longer than 10 minutes tops.
Seriously, I can hold a legit lawsuit against this for invasion of privacy and that teens response came off as motive to me, nothing else, and am probably going to pursue this.

It’s 16:00 on a Saturday and the doors are locked. They will let you walk up to the drive thru window and place your order tho.

They never open the doors on time. I ordered a large meal to feed our business and they said the have no idea when it will be ready. Also, they don't know when the lobby will open because they are waiting on coworkers. This has happened twice hence why I'm leaving a review. This is the last time I order here for our company. And I noticed as I'm typing this they opened the lobby because I asked why it's closed.

Half my meal was missing. I called for about 20 minutes with no answer. When I went back i was told there was nothing she could do besides give me a drink. I was told that they don't answer the phone. Horrible service and not worth my 25 dollars.

I understand that working a fast food job is stressful, generally thankless, and customers can be jerks. But don't take it out on someone just asking what comes on a menu item. And then get the order wrong. Not great, but I'll chalk it up to an off night.

There was a overweight lady working on the night of 12/5 through the drive through she did not conversate much which is ok, she then had me pull around to the front door to wait on the order, once I received I noticed I did not get my fries which were apart of my meal. I went back into the location to get my fries and they were cold. I also order an order of 2 for 5 wraps and when I get to my destination it is not what I had originally ordered on receipt. There was no napkins, no silverware given I called the location THREE times and no answer.
