I don’t know how this place still works, definitely bad food, mashed potatoes and gravy were rotten , smell nasty! Chicken was fried in Burt oil and probably was sitting there all day ! Please close this location..

He so we went and got HONEY BBQ wings and received some nasty 🤮 terrible Chinese sauce wings 24… idk if the kids where playing in the back to much or the manager jus didn’t care. But everyone thought it was funny to keep saying that sauce was HONEY BBQ , until we got upset and ready for war(turned Karen) we ended up with a full refund and nobody was laughing when we pulled off…

I asked to split my payment half cash and half card, but the cashier put the full amount on my card. I didn’t realize until I got home and checked my transaction, which made sense of a comment he made right after saying, ‘you need to wake up girl.’ He also took my phone to tap-to-pay, which kept me from seeing the total, and didn’t put my receipt in the bag. Once I noticed the issue, I didn’t feel comfortable going back in person, so I tried calling the store but nobody answered. I also reached out to corporate, but without a receipt number I couldn’t get much help, so it feels like the issue couldn’t be resolved. Overall, this experience left me uneasy and i will never go back after that.

When I got home, which is a 20-minute walk, I stopped by to buy chicken and, unfortunately, they didn't give me my complete order. I don't recommend them at all. And there's my ticket. My biscuits are missing. Very bad service.

I placed an order on Tuesday, 5/20/25, on KFC.com for 3 buckets of chicken (2 of the 16 piece, one of the 8 piece) and a box of biscuits. Got the confirmation email, the $ was deducted from my card. Wednesday I got a follow up email confirming the order again. Today, got a text message saying delivery was going to be early, but needed delivery instruction. I provided instructions of “just out front of the address” because it’s a big secure office. Then a text message came that delivery was cancelled. One of my coworkers said he’d just go pick it up. When he got there, they had no record of the order. I tried calling, the phone was picked up, there was some background noise, then they hung up. What kind of service is this?! I am appalled at the treatment from a food service provider. The $ was fully refunded after I filed an online complaint at the same website, but the party was ruined.

Worst KFC Taco Bell ever. Had an online order that clearly stated 2 Korean BBQ bowls, one with out coleslaw. Also, the order stated the a drink was ordered, the guy at the window debated and said we didnt. We had to show them the receipt multiple times and give them the receipt. Yet still, they couldnt even make the order correctly 2 times in a row. They dont care, they refuse to listen and understand. Dont come to this location. Double checked for accuracy my tail end. Corporate needs to come in and retrain everyone at this location. If i could do a zero star, I would.

This has space for trucks and besides the order taker not listening the food was great. U should never have to repeat your order more the once if the persons paying attention.

My order number was 295090848. To start off with, all the lights were off. I wasn't sure they were open. No open sign. No lobby lights. Not even the sign outside was on. The drive thru menu board only had two of the boards lit up! I said my name. (I wasnt sure the lobby was open since the lights were off). They double checked my name and i asked for my drinks to be made no ice (which they said okay to). I got the window and they asked my name again (third time verifying my name). They then proceeded to try and hand me the wrong order. I reminded them i wanted no ice in my drinks and they still tried to give me drinks with ice. They then fixed it. As i was pulling out of the parking lot i tried my lemonade. It was nothing but lightly flavoured water. So i went back through the line to get it fixed. I told them i wanted a dr pepper no ice. They tried to give me yet another order. I again reminded them no ice. They still tried to give me a drink with ice in it. (Fourth time trying to make a drink). This drink was also watered down like the syrup was out. The Pepsi zero tasted fine. When we finally made to eat it and the thighs and drum combo was raw. And the tender combo tasted old. The hot honey sandwich didn't have the hot honey. We tried to call the location to get the food remade or refund or something and it rang through. Worst experience I've ever had with fast food.
