Half my meal was missing. I called for about 20 minutes with no answer. When I went back i was told there was nothing she could do besides give me a drink. I was told that they don't answer the phone. Horrible service and not worth my 25 dollars.

I understand that working a fast food job is stressful, generally thankless, and customers can be jerks. But don't take it out on someone just asking what comes on a menu item. And then get the order wrong. Not great, but I'll chalk it up to an off night.

There was a overweight lady working on the night of 12/5 through the drive through she did not conversate much which is ok, she then had me pull around to the front door to wait on the order, once I received I noticed I did not get my fries which were apart of my meal. I went back into the location to get my fries and they were cold. I also order an order of 2 for 5 wraps and when I get to my destination it is not what I had originally ordered on receipt. There was no napkins, no silverware given I called the location THREE times and no answer.

I'm extremely upset. The last 2 times we have ordered from this kfc, it's been all messed up. I know since it's a kfc and Taco bell together, things get crossed. The first time ok I get it, but 2nd time being messed up is pushing it. Both times, we asked for all bbq for one order and kfc sauce and honey mustard for the other. Both times, we didn't get the sauce we asked for. I ordered a sweet tea... I received a warm regular tea. We really enjoy kfc, but it's not enjoyable when your food is delivered wrong. I did try to call them twice and all the phone did was ring and ring.

KFC is very proud of their chicken, the price is outrageous. This particular KFC was out of wings. ( the most popular item). The cashier was too chatty, very unprofessional. Won't go back.

The customer service at that location is terrible. The wait time is very long. I wouldn't recommend this location. The management isn't anywhere to be found.

They only had the drive through open with no sign to indicate dining room was closed. Then there was a customer pretty much parked at the screen for 20 mins.
