There is always a issue with something not working received a coupon but because they don’t have a scanner the coupon could not be honored which is false advertising.

I went there at 1230 pm. Ordered 2 kids meal and something for myself! My order was messed up.. asked for extra pickles, extra mayo, paid a up charge for lemonade, asked for fries! I didnt get my extra pickles or mayo, recieved water instead of lemonade, received mashed potatoes instead of fries, drinks had pop on the outside of the cups and no receipt in the bag! Ive been calling non stop and the phone continues to be busy or off the reciever. Ive been calling the 888 corporate number and no one has answered. I dont recommend this location to anyone and I wouldnt return again. Poor customer service and people skills from the cashier taking orders. I didn’t look in the bag but I should've opened up everything one by one and checked throughly! You pay money for food, tell the cashier what you want and they repeat it back to you and still get it wrong it’s unfair.

I ordered through the mobile app. The cashier was a male and the person that prepared my food was a female. He was translating to her what I was saying. I did order the classic sandwich but I asked could I get a side of the sauce that made the chicken sandwich spicy. She said no. They didn’t have the box to put the meal in. I had to ask for butter and honey. The sandwich was old and cold. The mash potatoes were cold. The workers were cold. Out of the 3 times I been there I can’t find anything good to say about that restaurant. It’s the workers.

Terrible service, the attention of the employees was terrible, it is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I bought something on the app and they made me wait for half an hour. I had to go into the restaurant and a black employee said that she didn't care if I wanted to feed my children since I had 4 children. They treated me as if I was asking them for food for free. If employees don't like serving customers, they should be fired, because for a restaurant to be successful, customer service is important. My purchase was made today at 2 pm in the name of Dalis Sánches.
