Chicken was greasy and potatoes had some kind of unknown bits in them! Totally inedible! I have never been so disappointed in my life! I would have definitely returned it but I don’t have transportation! Threw it in the trash! Never again will I order from that store on Independence Avenue in Kansas City! Pure trash!!! I will tell everyone I know about my experience!

This location is always out of something. Today it was bbq sauce and potato wedges. I drove off and left. Very disappointing. I see most of the reviews on here are bad. This store really needs to be counting there days if they don't get it together. I decided to give it a second try. But I'm done. I won't be back.

The food tasted old and badly seasoned. The workers were very rude. Gave attitude and shoved the food in my face.
Very good chicken sandwich for $3.99. Probably the cheapest sandwich available in fast food and thank God to have wedges back. I guess marketing woke up.

Buying food here is risky and expensive. I order two kids meal and two biscuits. I did no receive the biscuits . When I come back to claim the biscuits the manager told me that it wasn’t her problem that I need to talk to the general manager to get the biscuits. She had a bad attitude towards me with even offering any concerns about this problem perhaps a solution. Because of this I advised everyone to be careful when coming to this location.
