Come on now I know this is fast food. Fast food to me means fast and simple. There’s a lot of people out here that don’t understand English. But if I asked for just a beef and cheese burrito, that’s all I want. No rice no beans and with shredded cheese. If you scroll down to the pictures and see that BS burrito. You can obviously tell it’s not a beef and cheese burrito. Franchise people charge too much from mistakes. For you locally owned businesses? I would take advantage of making good quality food that people ask for. Get your moneys worth with family owned, good quality, that can understand, that take pride in their business. I’m done with franchise fast foods or any franchise at all. Who are you?

The bathrooms look like they never get cleaned service was ok food seems like gas station chicken held over too long. Soda fountain need attention overall probably go somewhere else

The hours show that KFC was open until midnight. I drove 15 minutes to get there. Waited in the line for 20 minutes for them to tell me the KFC was closed and I could only order from Taco Bell (It's a KFC / Taco Bell combo restaurant). Unreliable.
Closed to early and wouldn't tell me the managers name. They need to update the info on their website.

Spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting on “ wedges “ and they put Fries in the bag. Instead.! Charged for 2 peppers and didn’t get them. Food was hard and tasted stale!!! Tried to call several times and they don’t answer the phone. Will never go there again,

Worst experience ever. Drive thru workers did not have mobile order ready and accused me of making an error. Showed him phone and he told me to come in and sit. Waited 30 minutes with no one updating me. Watched several orders come and be returned for errors while waiting. Drive throu worker saw me sitting in front of lobby. Finally ask cashier for update and my food was sitting in a bag near the kitchen. Items were missing when I got home and food was bad. Asked for manager but none on duty. Not a single sorry or thank you. The drive through worker has such a heavy Indian accent that he could not be understood. He has no business interacting with customers. No idea of courtesy or intelligence. Props to the young gentleman fixing orders that came out wrong while I was waiting. He was hustling like a champ. Everything else was 0 stars. I am not a Karen but it took everything I had to not go crazy on the drive thru worker for being an absolute failure at his job with no inclination of giving a single eff about anything.
