Spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting on “ wedges “ and they put Fries in the bag. Instead.! Charged for 2 peppers and didn’t get them. Food was hard and tasted stale!!! Tried to call several times and they don’t answer the phone. Will never go there again,

Worst experience ever. Drive thru workers did not have mobile order ready and accused me of making an error. Showed him phone and he told me to come in and sit. Waited 30 minutes with no one updating me. Watched several orders come and be returned for errors while waiting. Drive throu worker saw me sitting in front of lobby. Finally ask cashier for update and my food was sitting in a bag near the kitchen. Items were missing when I got home and food was bad. Asked for manager but none on duty. Not a single sorry or thank you. The drive through worker has such a heavy Indian accent that he could not be understood. He has no business interacting with customers. No idea of courtesy or intelligence. Props to the young gentleman fixing orders that came out wrong while I was waiting. He was hustling like a champ. Everything else was 0 stars. I am not a Karen but it took everything I had to not go crazy on the drive thru worker for being an absolute failure at his job with no inclination of giving a single eff about anything.

They are always wonderful they need to work on the biscuit deal. I don't know if they are really fresh in the morning or lunch but normally around dinner time I have gotten hard biscuits and they used to ask you if you wanted honey or butter but I guess that went away. Try making chicken salad sandwiches the next day with your leftovers absolutely delicious.

Awful. I only ordered 2 large orders of mashed potatoes, side of gravy, and large order of coleslaw. They charged extra for the gravy but didn't put any gravy on the large order AT ALL. They required that I use my card as debit requiring me to do my pin code in the drive thru with a machine out their window with no privacy. Then they forgot to put 1 of the orders of mashed potatoes even in the bag. I didn't look before I left because who the heck mess up sides, they do apparently. AWFUL. Oh and I tried to call and complain but they didn't answer the phone and there was no way to leave a voicemail.

DO NOT ORDER QUICK PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION. 4 different times I ordered quick pick up and all 4 times (even after they said it was ready for pick up) it wasn't ready and I had to wait 20+ mins for them to make it. No apology or anything. I was completely ignored until I got mad and started raising my voice to get someone to help me. 5 employees looked at me and never said a word (before I got upset). The owner of this location needs to teach his/her employees what customer service is. Without us they would not be open.

Went through drive thru and ordered two meals. Fries and chicken came out cold. The chicken was dry and hard the fries were soggy and we asked for a refund because the meal was disgusting and they refused to refund and claimed they had just pulled that food out. Completely rude disgusting place of business and shameful service.
