This is literally the worst location ever. Everytime I order an 8 piece mixed family meal I never get the two wings, only thighs thighs and more thighs. I asked the cashier less than 15 min ago to double check my order because of that problem. I get home and what do I have? No 2 wings and more extra thighs. The worst part is that none i repeat NONE of the chicken is fully cooked! Very dough light beige chicken with no crisp at all. Just dough. So I spent 35$ to bring home the wrong chicken and cook it again in the oven just so I can eat dinner. Of course they don't pick up the phone when you call either. Not wasting my money there again. This happens way too often.

We arrived at the Kansas City KFC facility and went into the bathroom to change after our cheer competition. However, the bathroom was in a terrible state. There was dirt all around the toilet, and the sink looked like it hadn’t been washed in ages.
We went to order our food, but the young gentleman running the drive-through didn’t greet us. He seemed quite unhappy and didn’t seem to be enjoying his job. We asked for sauces, but they didn’t come with our order. So, we went back up to the counter to ask for some.
The music was extremely loud, which was a problem for me since I have a sensory issue. I asked if we could turn it down, but he said that wasn’t possible because he didn’t have access to it.
To make matters worse, the carbonation and the drinks weren’t great. We’ve tried multiple flavors, so we weren’t being unreasonable.

Around 5:30 today, October 10th 2025I came here to this location and was greeted with open arms, friendliness, kindness, respectful and to the woman Karina, patch yourself on the back. You are excellent, Philip. I am only a DoorDash driver but the service that I received here today thanks to Karina makes me want to come here and spend my money management. Give this woman a raise. Recognize her for what she is doing and as done once again thank you karina

If I could rate this zero star I would! I went there the other day and order the 20 pcs meal. The girl (everyone called her Dani there) took my order and payment, she then told me to park and wait by the entrance door. I waited for 20 mins, still nothing and then I saw her walk out to a car. I'm thinking to myself that maybe they were dropping in some fresh chicken, so I kept being patience and waited for another 10 mins. At this point it's over 30mins so I drove back to the window to ask what's going on? The new cashier was confused and ask me for my receipt. It turns out my order was never made, this Dani girl place order and just left for the day. Even when she walk out, we made eye contact and she just proceeded to as if I haven't been waiting for over 30 mins. Poor customer service! And I was the only customer they were serving at that time too. Never going back to this location!

It’s the biscuits and slaw for me! Love them! But that strawberry and cream poppers have my life snatched baby! So good! With the bus stop right out front, there is a lot of outside activity around the place so don’t go speeding through here. The staff are quick and I’ve never had a long wait for my food.

They do NOT close at 11. They close somewhere between 9 pm and 10 pm. They won't update their hours. Everyone wants to get off early instead of doing their jobs. Customer service is also terrible and the people working there absolutely hate that you come order food.

GARBAGE !!! This place has really gone down. KFC is not what it used to be. Over the last couple of years, it’s been GARBAGE, I’m done, No more chances. This place needs to close. Go somewhere else. They got two stars only because the associate at the window is very courteous. Otherwise, 0 stars for the food (THE GARBAGE).

This location is a JOKE! Always trash outside because of bus stop in front with no trash can. Go inside to make an order and no one acknowledges you and when they do they don't speak English. Try to use kiosk and doesn't work nor do they honor any mobile/online coupons. STAY AWAY!!!!!
