Terrible kfc. Avoid this place at all cost. Doesn’t matter how bad you want chicken just go to another location. Put in an order after 1 hour these guys didn’t do anything.

This has to be the worst KFC location ever. I placed a large order through the mobile app and paid in advance. When I arrived at the drive-thru around 8 PM, they casually told me they had run out of chicken. How does a CHICKEN restaurant run out of chicken during dinner hours? To make matters worse, they couldn’t process a refund and just told me to call customer service. Guess what? The phone number they provided was incorrect. This was an infuriating experience, and I will never order through the app again. Avoid this place at all costs!

This is by far the most disgusting fast food location I've ever been inside. There was smashed food on tables and all over the floor, which the employees blamed on homeless people. The 2 employees were chatting and taking selfies, with little interest in assisting my friend and me with an order.
We ordered 4 piece strips meal and 2 piece white meal. Chicken had been over prepared so the breading was hard and dry and chicken was difficult to chew because it just sat in the warmer. The strips were not strips at all, but 1.5 inch pieces. ______1.5"________. They were out of dipping sauces and the biscuits were undercooked and doughy. My fries were cold and floppy and his mashed potatoes were cold and stiff. I might not complain, but this meal cost as much as going to a legitimate restaurant.
Save yourself the disgust and disappointment and head on over to Captain D's in the same parking lot. While the wait may be a little longer for your food, the quality way surpasses that of the outdated KFC concept.

Stopped by to get a large order of chicken (50 pieces) an when we pulled up to give them our order we were met with rude ass attitude!!! Said the couldn't take our order!!!! Couldn't tell us why they couldn't take it. Then asked about another place to get some chicken an they was straight even meaner!!! Whom ever was working there ruined the KFC experience!! Will never try to go to any KFC again!!! Church's chicken is way better anyway

Stopped at KFC in Kansas City, Kansas next to the Kansas City Kansas community college area. It’s been a while since I ate KFC and I have to admit they made a strong come back with their menu. The chicken was surprisingly good and their biscuits was a little hard for me.The mashed potatoes and other side items weren’t bad for a fast food restaurant. They are really affordable. You can get two pieces of chicken , biscuit and mashed potatoes for five dollars or you can get an upgrade of four pieces of chicken two mashed potatoes two biscuits for $10. I was really hungry and stopped there and got a good bang for my buck. And if you catch them on Tuesdays, you can get a really good deal on a bucket of chicken for $10.
