The donuts were good, the drive-through was pretty quick but, sometimes the customer service leaves something to be desired.

Door was locked at 7:30pm. There was no sign on the door saying they were closed or open. We happen to try the drive thru and they were actually open. Staff was not friendly

We went on New Year's Eve at four in the afternoon through the drive-through and no one answered so we went to the front door to see what the hours were and we thought it was open because there were three people inside just chilling and when I went to the door it said only drive-through open till 6:00pm therefore I'm assuming that the three people that were inside which one of them was just laying there on the seats were the employees just not giving a s**** don't ever come to this location.

Google and window says you close at 10pm yet you have doors locked and no one answering the speaker at 8:55? Two employees sitting in a car in the parking lot, doughnuts are still out, a FRESH frozen drink on the counter, machines and lights still on, etc. 0/10, do better

Tried this location several times and when the same employee is there she is always rude, always seem to be out of something when she is there and if you ask her a question she responds so nasty as if you are bothering her. Most of the complaints are about her. This location won’t be open long if this is the best they can do

I came to get some breakfast for my daughter and I, I waited in the drive thru for about 7-8 minutes before they even said anything at all. I wanted to get a coffee and they said the latte machine is not working.

Horrible customer service. Lady stop taking are order in the middle of it. We pull up to the window she rudely gives us our total price. She shoves the box of donuts. Says nothing at all. No have a nice day Thank you anything.

I went to this place for the first time and wanted to try a latte or frappe and the lady in the drive thru said in a rude tone they weren't serving none of that no coffee, no iced or frappes..i asked for a certain donut she said they dont have any of that kind..this is just horrible business . The workers there seem lazy or just irritated of working there... im very discouraged to go back ever again..
Place was not clean. By far highest aesthetic potential of the local KK branches but donut display was in utter chaos. Also what's the point of coming in for Hot light, when 1) your not offered your free one off the line and 2) any original you order don't even come straight off the line themselves.

Can you give review of no stars? Nope, Wish I could give negative stars? Stopped in on 18 Sept, about 5:30pm, walked in, two "employees" wandering around clueless and disinterested. Guess this store is hiring locally and it shows. Burnt, and half cooked rejects piled up on cooker. Originals on the belt looked burnt. Worst selection of product available I have ever seen in a one of their stores, but since no staff seemed to actually be working or willing to assist a customer, it really did not matter. Waited almost five minutes without even being acknowledged, and we were the only customers in the lobby. This store has had issues in the past, and nothing has changed. Huge mistake to have tried this store again, it has gone downhill, turning into an absolute hole. I will drive the extra miles down to the south side of towns store than ever go to this store again.
